北方压煤山丘塌陷区田间道路抗变形设计
[Abstract]:Coal is an important energy resource in China, but at the same time, coal mining has caused great damage to the land. As one of the most important mining methods, the damage caused by coal mining is especially serious, and a large number of coal mining collapse areas have been formed. In the subsidence area, the unstable deformation of mining residual voids makes the degree of land subsidence worse, and the deformation of roads and buildings is serious. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the anti-deformation technology of reclamation project of coal mining subsidence land. This paper takes Chengzhuang mining area in Shanxi Province as the research area, according to the requirements of the relevant road design codes and standards, combined with the treatment methods of road deformation resistance in the mining subsidence area at home and abroad and the influence of comprehensive land regulation factors in the study area. Through finite element analysis, the road of four design schemes is analyzed and simulated. Based on the analysis of the deformation result of the simulated subgrade model, a set of flexible design techniques and schemes of field road which can resist a certain degree of collapse are put forward. The results of this paper are as follows: (1) the types of units matched in the model, the boundary and constraint conditions of the model, and the various parameters required for various materials, including the elastic modulus of the materials, are determined. Poisson's ratio, cohesion, density and so on. (2) the flexible design technology of anti-collapse field road is put forward, which covers the flexible pavement, settlement pit, subgrade, foundation and road shoulder and so on. According to the traditional road structure mechanics analysis method, it is proved that the structure meets the requirements of the road design code under the normal condition of the foundation without collapse. (3) by using ANSYS software, the thickness of the structure is different. Static analysis of 3D model of field road with different materials was carried out. The road with collapsing pit was simulated by nonlinear static analysis, and its collapse was analyzed. The optimum scheme was coal gangue, fly ash, coal gangue and fly ash. The maximum deflection of a road paved by mixing quicklime and cement in a specific proportion is 0. 26 mm.
