硫磺沥青在道路工程中的应用研究

【摘要】:为了解决高等级路面出现的早期损害,延长道路使用寿命,国内外采用了各种方法对沥青进行改性。硫磺沥青混凝土,即以硫磺为主要原料制成硫磺改性剂,经拌合设备后生产出的沥青混凝土。硫磺特有的优点是可以明显改善普通沥青混凝土路面的高温抗车辙性和低温抗裂性,同时可以替代部分沥青用量,缺点是在高温作用下易产生H2S气体,对人的身体健康造成较大危害。国外近年在发挥硫磺特性,减少有害气体排放方面取得了突破,因此目前国内使用的硫磺沥青改性剂均从国外进口,尚无国产的硫磺沥青改性粒料研发。本论文简述了国产硫磺沥青改性剂(MSP)的研制过程,即采用硫磺为主要材料,添加一定剂量的H2S抑制剂、抑制助剂、增塑剂和填料,经高温搅拌后急速冷却形成固体颗粒。通过与纯硫磺和进口同类产品横向比较高温下H2S的释放量,初步确定国产MSP的配方。国产配方在高温H2S气体的排放上取得了进展,其释放量相比进口产品有明显下降。将不同的配方进行沥青混凝土室内试验,通过标准马歇尔、浸水马歇尔、动稳定度和冻融劈裂等试验对各种配方样品与进口同类产品进行路用性能的比较,基本相当,特别在动稳定度结果上有显著提高。综合考虑,确定了一个最优配方进行工业放大生产和现场试验段的铺筑。论文对工业放大生产的工艺流程和设备也进行了介绍。在后场拌合时,需要增加一台与沥青拌合楼操作系统联动的MSP自动称量添加装置,适当延长拌合时间。现场施工时,与进口产品相比,能明显地减少在施工中的发烟、异味,降低摊铺温度。论文对运输、摊铺、碾压和养护等工艺进行了总结。试验段检测结果表明,国产硫磺沥青改性剂(MSP)可以有效提高普通沥青混凝土性能,部分验收实测数据达到甚至超过进口产品,试验路段弯沉达到设计要求,动态模量与进口产品路面性能相当。国产硫磺改性剂的成本目前较进口产品低约15-20%,在今后的施工中,在达到相同路用性能的前提下,由于硫磺价格下跌及量化产量提高,MSP的价格将继续降低,国产MSP可以降低工程造价,延长道路使用寿命,有着良好的发展前景。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the early damage of high grade pavement and prolong the service life of road, various methods have been adopted to modify asphalt at home and abroad. Sulfur bituminous concrete is a kind of asphalt concrete which is made from sulfur as the main raw material and is produced by mixing equipment. The unique advantage of sulfur is that it can obviously improve the rutting resistance at high temperature and crack resistance at low temperature of ordinary asphalt concrete pavement, and it can also replace some asphalt dosage. The disadvantage is that it can easily produce H2S gas under the action of high temperature. It does great harm to people's health. In recent years, a breakthrough has been made in the use of sulfur characteristics in foreign countries to reduce harmful gas emissions. Therefore, the domestic sulfur asphalt modifiers are imported from abroad, and there is no domestic research and development of sulfur asphalt modified granular materials. In this paper, the preparation process of domestic sulfur asphalt modifier (MSP) is briefly described, that is, sulfur is used as the main material, a certain amount of H _ 2S inhibitor is added, the additives, plasticizers and fillers are inhibited, and the solid particles are formed by rapid cooling after stirring at high temperature. The formulation of domestic MSP was preliminarily determined by comparing the amount of H _ 2S released at high temperature with pure sulfur and imported products of the same kind. The domestic formulation has made progress in the emission of H2S gas at high temperature, and its emission quantity is obviously lower than that of the imported products. Through standard Marshall, immersion Marshall, dynamic stability and freeze-thaw splitting tests, the road performance of different formula samples is basically equivalent to that of imported similar products, the laboratory tests of asphalt concrete with different formulations are carried out, and the performances of the different formulations are compared with those of the imported similar products through standard Marshall, immersion Marshall, dynamic stability and freeze-thaw splitting tests. Especially in the dynamic stability of the results have a significant improvement. An optimal formulation was determined for industrial production and field test section construction. The paper also introduces the process and equipment of industrial scale-up production. When mixing in the rear court, a MSP automatic weighing and adding device with the operation system of asphalt mixing plant should be added, and the mixing time should be extended appropriately. In site construction, compared with imported products, it can obviously reduce smoke, odour and spreading temperature in construction. In this paper, transportation, spreading, rolling and maintenance are summarized. The test results show that the domestic sulfur asphalt modifier (MSP) can effectively improve the performance of ordinary asphalt concrete, and some of the measured data of acceptance can reach or even exceed the imported products, and the deflection of the test section can meet the design requirements. The dynamic modulus is equivalent to the pavement performance of imported products. The cost of domestic sulfur modifier is about 15-20 lower than that of imported products at present. In future construction, under the premise of achieving the same road performance, the price of MSP will continue to decrease due to the decrease of sulfur price and the increase of quantitative output. Domestic MSP can reduce the project cost and prolong the service life of the road. It has a good development prospect.
