高温多雨地区快速养护工艺与设备研究

【摘要】:中国高速公路已经逐步从大规模修建转向全面养护阶段,道路养护成为潜在而又艰巨的任务。本文结合海南省高温多雨地区雨后或台风过后反复爆发大范围、小面积坑槽的特征研究一款基于早强型水泥乳化沥青混凝土及其新型修补工艺的养护设备,能够进行快速修复的小型坑槽养护设备,从而实现沥青路面快速修复。以海南高温多雨地区的高速路面为对象,针对路面坑槽的成因、修补方法,提出以早强型水泥乳化沥青混凝土为坑槽修补材料和基于新型材料的“三层修复法”以及利用路面探测雷达确定坑槽病害修补范围和深度的新型修补工艺,依据新型材料及其新型工艺提出养护设备的功能要求,对养护设备进行了结构设计,使其具备切割、破碎、搅拌、压实与一体的多功能养护设备。在此结构设计的基础上,分别进行了空载、满载状态下的轴载荷分配、操作稳定性操作稳定性等校核分析,结果表明各项性能指标均达到了设计要求。设计了集成各装置的第二副车架,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对第二副车架进行满载和空载起吊状态下的结构有限元分析,结果表明第二副车架强度及其刚度在满载、空载起吊状态下都处于安全范围内。在海南环岛高速公路东线沥青路面段,采用自制的养护设备进行了试验,试验结果表明自制的养护设备达到了设计要求,基于采用早强型水泥乳化沥青混凝土和新型工艺以及配套的快速养护设备为解决海南高温多雨地区路面快速修补提供了一有效方法。
[Abstract]:Highway maintenance in China has gradually changed from large-scale construction to comprehensive maintenance, and road maintenance has become a potential and arduous task. Based on the characteristics of large area and small area potholes in high temperature and heavy rain area in Hainan Province, this paper studies a maintenance equipment based on early strength cement emulsified asphalt concrete and its new repair technology. Small pit maintenance equipment that can be repaired quickly, so that asphalt pavement can be repaired quickly. Taking the high speed pavement in Hainan high temperature and heavy rain area as the object, aiming at the cause of formation of the pavement pothole, the repair method, This paper puts forward a "three-layer repairing method" which takes early strength cement emulsified asphalt concrete as pothole repair material and based on new material, and a new repair technology which uses pavement detection radar to determine the repair range and depth of pothole diseases. According to the functional requirements of the new material and its new technology, the maintenance equipment is designed to have the multi-function maintenance equipment with cutting, crushing, stirring, compaction and integration. On the basis of the structure design, the shaft load distribution and operation stability under the condition of no-load and full load are checked and analyzed respectively. The results show that all the performance indexes are up to the design requirements. The second subframe integrated with each unit is designed, and the structure of the second subframe under full load and no load lifting is analyzed by using ANSYS Workbench software. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the second subframe are in full load. All of them are in safe range under the condition of no-load hoisting. In the asphalt pavement section of the East Route of Hainan Huandao Expressway, the self-made maintenance equipment is used to carry out the test. The test results show that the self-made maintenance equipment meets the design requirements. Based on the application of early strength cement emulsified asphalt concrete, new technology and matching equipment for rapid maintenance, this paper provides an effective method to solve the problem of rapid pavement repair in high temperature and rainy area of Hainan.
