寒区隧道衬砌结构设计方法
[Abstract]:Under the environment of winter freezing and summer thawing cycle in cold region, the problem of freezing damage often affects the tunnel structure and operation safety. In order to improve the design level of tunnel in cold area, save the construction cost and ensure the safe and normal operation of tunnel, this paper puts forward a new design idea of tunnel lining structure in cold area: based on the design flow of tunnel lining in cold area, Some suggestions are given for the selection of lining structure in different frozen soil sections: the three-layer composite lining structure can be used in frozen rock tunnel and the composite lining with flexible supporting system can be used in engineering frozen soil section tunnel; The control measures of frost heave force of permafrost section and engineering frozen soil section are summarized systematically, and the necessity of laying insulation layer is analyzed from the point of view of structure design: the value of frost heave force and the durability of lining structure; Finally, the design method of tunnel lining structure in cold region is applied to practical engineering, and the effect of frost heaving force control measures of surrounding rock of Jiangluling tunnel is quantitatively evaluated, and the frost heave force is not detected in the field research and monitoring of tunnel at present. According to the research results of this paper, the design of the lining structure of the No. 1 tunnel of Baimanxue Mountain is optimized. Considering the high cost of the insulation layer and the delay of the construction speed, the design of the lining insulation structure is adjusted and the laying length of the insulation layer is reduced to 3 810 m.
