温拌剂添加设备的设计

【摘要】:随着全球工业化的高速发展,温室效应日益严重,作为能源消耗主力军的交通建设行业也开始针对节能、高效率进行改革。随着沥青温拌技术的高速发展,其节能、低污染的优势使得其在道路建设中所占的比重越来越大。本文针对在温拌沥青混合料生产工程中使用的温拌剂添加设备进行设计,通过无刷直流电机带动柱塞泵向混合器添加温拌剂,以实现在进行温拌剂添加的同时完成温拌剂与沥青的预混合。首先,对温拌剂添加设备的整体结构进行设计。介绍无刷直流电机、泵、流量计、压力传感器及液位计的工作原理,并进行满足本设备工作要求的部分部件选型。为满足实际工程要求,本设备的使用存在待机与工作两种状态,当设备处于待机状态时,无刷直流电机依旧高速运转,以保持温拌剂的流动性。其次,对设备中混合器单元进行建模及流场分析。通过SolidWorks2010进行几何模型设计,进而在CFD-FLUENT平台进行混合器流场分析,通过混合器管道内及出口处的沥青浓度分布验证温拌剂与沥青的混合效果,并进行混合器构造、仿真初始参数设置的改进,最终获得混合器参数。最后,对本设备的控制系统进行设计。以STM32F407ZGT6控制芯片为核心,配以触摸屏、电机功率驱动电路、反电动势过零检测电路等完成整个温拌剂添加设备控制模块的硬件设计及制作。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global industrialization, Greenhouse Effect is becoming more and more serious. As the main force of energy consumption, transportation construction industry has also begun to reform energy saving and high efficiency. With the rapid development of asphalt warm mixing technology, its advantages of energy saving and low pollution make it more and more important in road construction. In this paper, the equipment of adding warm agent used in the production project of warm mix asphalt mixture is designed, and the plunger pump is driven by brushless DC motor to add warm mix agent to mixer. In order to achieve the addition of warm mixing agent at the same time to complete the pre-mixing of warm mix agent and asphalt. First of all, the whole structure of the equipment for adding warm mix agent is designed. This paper introduces the working principle of brushless DC motor, pump, Flowmeter, pressure sensor and liquid level gauge. In order to meet the practical engineering requirements, there are standby and working conditions in the use of the equipment. When the equipment is in standby state, the brushless DC motor still runs at high speed in order to maintain the fluidity of the warm mix agent. Secondly, the mixer unit is modeled and the flow field is analyzed. The geometric model is designed by SolidWorks2010, and the flow field of mixer is analyzed on CFD-FLUENT platform. The mixing effect of warm mix agent and asphalt is verified by the asphalt concentration distribution in the pipe and outlet of mixer, and the mixer is constructed. Finally, the mixer parameters are obtained by the improvement of the initial parameter setting. Finally, the control system of this equipment is designed. With STM32F407ZGT6 control chip as the core, with touch screen, motor power drive circuit, anti-EMF zero-crossing detection circuit and so on, the hardware design and manufacture of the control module of the whole warm-mixed agent adding equipment are completed.
