寒冷地区体外预加力碳纤维板加固在役预应力混凝土连续箱梁受力性能研究

【摘要】:本文以呼和浩特市鼓楼立交桥A1主线桥第16跨~第22跨预应力混凝土连续箱型梁桥为工程背景,针对预应力混凝土连续箱型梁桥存在的病害状况,并结合桥梁现场荷载试验评价桥梁基于现行规范的受力性能,在此基础上,对体外预加力碳纤维板加固预应力混凝土连续箱型梁桥损伤结构进行数值模拟分析,评价寒冷地区基于体外预加力碳纤维板加固设计的有效性,并对加固方案提出优化建议,为寒冷地区类似病害桥梁的处理提供技术依据。本论文在现场病害调查的基础上主要主要进行如下工作:1、对依托工程进行详细的现场调查,掌握设计资料,并总结国内外体外预加力碳纤维板加固方法的研究现状。2、结合鼓楼立交桥设计资料,通过对原桥进行基于现行规范的计算与验算,结果表明损伤前该桥满足现行规范的受力性能要求。3、通过桥梁外观裂缝检测和桥梁无损检测总结该桥存在的主要病害,分析和讨论病害产生的具体原因;并对加固前预应力混凝土连续箱梁进行基于现行规范的现场静载试验,运用有限元软件Midas/FEA330模拟对比分析,评价鼓楼立交桥加固前损伤后主梁的受力性能,研究结果表明,该桥梁底纵向预应力不足。4、在已知桥梁损伤状况的基础上,结合桥梁实际加固方案,对体外预加力碳纤维板加固后的桥梁受力状况进行数值模拟,通过计算分析桥梁的加固效果;在满足城-B级荷载等级的基础上,探讨其超载性能,并对原加固方案提出优化建议。结果表明,碳纤维板能显著改善旧桥受力性能。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the engineering background of the A 1 main line bridge of Gulou overpass in Hohhot City, the 16th ~ 22nd span prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge is taken as the engineering background, aiming at the disease condition of the prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge. Combined with the field load test of the bridge to evaluate the mechanical performance of the bridge based on the current code, the damage structure of prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge strengthened with externally preloaded carbon fiber sheet is numerically simulated and analyzed. To evaluate the effectiveness of the reinforcement design of CFRP based on external prestressing in cold regions, and to provide technical basis for the treatment of bridges with similar diseases in cold regions. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. Carry on the detailed field investigation to the supporting project, master the design data, and summarize the research status of the external prestressing CFRP reinforcement method at home and abroad. 2. Combined with the design data of Gulou overpass, the calculation and checking of the original bridge based on the current code are carried out. The results show that the bridge meets the requirements of the mechanical performance of the current code before the damage. 3. The main diseases of the bridge are summarized through the inspection of the exterior cracks of the bridge and the nondestructive testing of the bridge, and the concrete causes of the diseases are analyzed and discussed. The static load test of prestressed concrete continuous box girder before reinforcement is carried out on the basis of the current code. By using the finite element software Midas/FEA330 simulation and contrast analysis, the mechanical behavior of the main girder after the strengthening of the Gulou overpass is evaluated. The research results show that, The longitudinal prestressing of the bridge bottom is insufficient. 4. On the basis of the known damage condition of the bridge, combined with the actual reinforcement scheme of the bridge, the stress condition of the bridge strengthened with externally preloaded carbon fiber sheet is numerically simulated. The reinforcement effect of the bridge is analyzed by calculation. On the basis of meeting the load grade of city-B class, the overloading performance is discussed, and suggestions for optimization of the original reinforcement scheme are put forward. The results show that carbon fiber sheet can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the old bridge.
