R24G型半温拌乳化沥青及其混合料性能研究

【摘要】:随着国家节能减排工作的推进,如何保持热拌沥青混合料性能优良的特点并克服其存在的环境污染重、能耗大、沥青存在老化等问题,或者说如何保证冷拌沥青混合料节能、环保的优点的同时克服其性能尚有差距的不足是我们所努力的方向。半温拌乳化沥青是一种拌合温度介于冷拌沥青与热拌沥青之间,在形态上为乳化沥青,性能上更接近热拌沥青的新型节能减排乳化沥青。本文针对目前已有的半温拌乳化技术做了深入的调研与分析,选用R24G型半温拌沥青乳化剂制备半温拌乳化沥青,通过对影响储存稳定性的各个因素的分析确定各因素的最佳值并依此得出半温拌乳化沥青的配方并与常规乳化沥青对比分析并综合评价其存储稳定性;采用修正水煮法和Vialat试验研究不同类型沥青与不同岩质的矿料间的粘附性;为研究乳化过程对基质沥青常规指标的影响对其蒸发残留物的三大指标进行研究并与其它类型沥青的三大指标相对比。混合料方面研究了半温拌乳化沥青混合料的强度形成机理及拌合方法,通过不同成型方法成型试件的孔隙率对比得出旋转压实能更好的确定半温拌乳化沥青混合料降温幅度,并在此基础上对半温拌乳化沥青混合料的路用性能进行综合评价。研究表明:R24G型半温拌沥青乳化剂乳化工艺简单,乳化效果良好;制备出的半温拌乳化沥青储存稳定性极佳,静置30天未见明显油水分离;与酸碱性矿料粘附性均较好。混合料降温效果明显,实现了低温环保的目的,同时混合料相对的改善了高温性能,在温度降低35℃时,其混合料的水稳定性与低温性能均满足规范要求,路用性能良好。
[Abstract]:With the development of national energy saving and emission reduction work, how to keep the excellent performance of hot mix asphalt mixture and overcome the problems such as heavy environmental pollution, large energy consumption, aging asphalt and so on, or how to ensure the energy saving of cold mix asphalt mixture. The advantage of environmental protection and overcome its performance gap is the direction of our efforts. Semi-warm emulsified asphalt is a new type of energy-saving and emission-reducing emulsified asphalt whose mixing temperature is between cold mix asphalt and hot mixed asphalt and is emulsified asphalt in morphology and its performance is closer to that of hot mix asphalt. Based on the investigation and analysis of the existing semi-warm emulsifying technology, R24G semi-warm asphalt emulsifier was selected to prepare semi-warm emulsified asphalt. Through the analysis of the factors affecting storage stability, the optimum value of each factor is determined and the formula of semi-temperature emulsified asphalt is obtained, and compared with the conventional emulsified asphalt, the storage stability is evaluated synthetically. Modified boiling method and Vialat test were used to study the adhesion between different types of bitumen and different rock masses. In order to study the influence of emulsification process on the conventional indexes of asphalt, the three indexes of evaporation residue of asphalt were studied and compared with those of other types of asphalt. In the aspect of mixture, the strength forming mechanism and mixing method of semi-warm emulsified asphalt mixture are studied. By comparing the porosity of different molding methods, it is concluded that rotary compaction can better determine the cooling range of semi-temperature emulsified asphalt mixture. On this basis, the road performance of semi-temperature emulsified asphalt mixture is evaluated. The results show that the emulsifying technology of R24G semi-temperature asphalt emulsifier is simple and the emulsification effect is good, the prepared semi-temperature emulsified asphalt has excellent storage stability, no obvious oil and water separation is found in 30 days of standing, and the adhesion to acid-base mineral aggregate is better.
