潮湿山区公路沥青路面主动抗凝冰技术研究

【摘要】:江西省潮湿山区较多,凝冰是主要灾害性天气之一,在每年的冬季出现频率较高。冬季沥青路面易形成凝冰从而导致其抗滑能力大幅度降低,既削弱了道路的通行能力,也容易产生恶性交通事故,严重时还会造成交通中断,人们的生活和生产无法正常进行,甚至危害人民生命和财产的安全。鉴于上述情况,本文从总结国内外抗凝冰沥青路面研究现状入手,进行了抗凝冰沥青混合料研究,目标是解决沥青路面凝冰时的行车安全问题。通过室内试验研究及理论分析,结合课题组自主研发的新型抗凝冰剂,解决了抗凝冰沥青混合料的配合比设计和抗凝冰性能评价等问题,同时保证抗凝冰沥青混合料的水稳定性能、高温性能、低温性能等路用性能满足规范要求。最后通过铺筑试验路,提出抗凝冰沥青路面专用施工技术,对沥青路面凝冰高发区域新建道路进行技术指导。通过研究主要得出以下结论:(1)结合路用性能试验结果与室内模拟凝冰试验结果,同时兼顾经济效益方面的考量,确定本文所设计的抗凝冰沥青混合料中抗凝冰剂最佳掺量为5%,目标空隙率控制在2%~3%。(2)投料时需基础混合料拌和均匀后再根据用量加入抗凝冰剂拌和5s~10s;施工时各环节对温度的控制都比普通沥青混合料高出5℃~10℃;由于细集料含量较多,碾压过程中需增加复压的次数。(3)通过试验研究,认为本文所设计的抗凝冰沥青混合料具备满足规范要求的路用性能与优异的抗凝冰效果。
[Abstract]:There are more wet mountain areas in Jiangxi Province, and freezing ice is one of the main disastrous weather, which occurs more frequently in winter every year. Bituminous pavement is easy to form ice in winter, which leads to a large reduction in its anti-skid capacity, which not only weakens the capacity of the road, but also easily produces malignant traffic accidents. When it is serious, it will also cause traffic disruption, and people's lives and production cannot be carried on normally. It even endangers the safety of people's lives and property. In view of the above situation, this paper starts with summarizing the present research situation of anti-freezing asphalt pavement at home and abroad, and carries on the research of anti-freezing asphalt mixture, the goal is to solve the traffic safety problem of asphalt pavement freezing. Through laboratory test and theoretical analysis, combined with the new anti-freezing agent independently developed by our research group, the problems of mix design and anti-freezing performance evaluation of anti-freezing asphalt mixture are solved. At the same time, the road performance such as water stability, high temperature performance and low temperature performance of anti-freezing asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of the specification. Finally, the paper puts forward the special construction technology of anti-freezing asphalt pavement through paving test road, and carries on the technical guidance to the newly built road in the area with high freezing rate of asphalt pavement. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) combining the test results of road performance with the results of simulated freezing test in the laboratory, and taking into account the consideration of economic benefits at the same time, The optimum content of anti-freezing agent in the anti-freezing asphalt mixture designed in this paper is 5%, and the target void ratio is controlled at 2% / 3%.
