基于4D-BIM的施工物料全过程管理系统应用研究

【摘要】：分析了基于BIM技术的施工物料管理的现实意义,结合工程实例论述了基于BIM技术构建施工物料管理系统的模式和实现方案。并建立了对物料单全过程追踪,实时监控物料清单,达到对物料的数量和位置等进行追踪分析与把控,可以解决成本控制、物料供应以及库存管理等现实问题,提高物料管理水平,实现施工进度和物料的集成化,进而达到智慧施工和动态化管理。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes on the practical significance of construction material management based on BIM technology, and discusses the mode and realization scheme of constructing construction material management system based on BIM technology combined with engineering examples. The whole process of the bill of materials tracking, real-time monitoring of the bill of materials, to achieve the quantity and location of the material tracking analysis and control, can solve the cost control, material supply and inventory management and other practical problems, and so on. Improve the level of material management, realize the integration of construction schedule and material, and then achieve intelligent construction and dynamic management.
