大连北大友谊桥维修工程施工控制

【摘要】:大连北大友谊桥为主跨133m的简支地锚式钢桁架悬索桥,大桥运营近30年,出现了桥面下挠、桥塔倾斜、索鞍偏位、桥面板破损和桥面振动等病害。为保证桥梁运营安全,对该桥进行了更换桥面系、张拉主缆及更换吊索等方面的维修加固。由于该桥维修加固方案具有较多的风险及不可控因素,为使加固后的结构状态满足设计要求,利用MIDAS Civil软件建立全桥有限元模型,分析结构现状,通过调整主缆松弛系数模拟结构的实际状态;对桥面系拆除阶段、主缆张拉阶段、吊索与索夹更换阶段、新桥面系铺设阶段进行施工控制。结果表明,维修加固后的结构线形与内力符合预期目标,结构整体受力性能得到提高,达到了设计要求。
[Abstract]:The bridge is a simply-supported ground-anchored steel-frame suspension bridge with the main span of 133m. The bridge operation is nearly 30 years. The bridge deck, the bridge tower, the cable saddle, the bridge deck, the bridge deck vibration and other diseases have appeared. In order to ensure the operation safety of the bridge, the bridge is replaced with the bridge deck system, the tension main cable and the replacement sling. Because the bridge maintenance and strengthening scheme has more risk and non-limiting factors, to meet the design requirements for the reinforced structural state, a full-bridge finite element model is established by using the MIDAS Civil software, and the current state of the structure is analyzed, and the actual state of the structure is simulated by adjusting the relaxation coefficient of the main cable; During the stage of the bridge deck removal, the tension stage of the main cable, the replacement stage of the sling and the cable clamp, the construction control is carried out during the laying stage of the new bridge deck system. The results show that the structural alignment and internal force after the maintenance and reinforcement meet the expected target, and the overall stress performance of the structure is improved and the design requirements are met.
