纤维碎石封层应用技术研究
[Abstract]:Fiber macadam sealing technology is the use of special mechanical equipment, asphalt binder and glass fiber spread together, then spread the gravel, and finally through the roller rolling molding. Because of its excellent performance of anti-crack, anti-skid, anti-wear, convenient construction and low cost, the fiber-crushed stone sealing layer has a good application prospect in the future development. Fiber crushed stone seal layer technology in the present asphalt pavement construction technical specification, does not specify the concrete construction technology method, only in the fiber crushed stone seal layer material performance, the mix ratio design, Some technical regulations have been made in the aspects of construction technology and quality management. In the construction of fiber crushed stone seal layer, the selection of materials is wide, the mix ratio is also based on the traditional empirical method, the construction technology and quality management are only the replication of the relevant similar norms, therefore, the mixture ratio is also based on the traditional experience method. It is of great significance to study the application technology of fiber crushed stone sealing layer. In order to better study the sealing technology of fiber crushed stone, the structure depth experiment, wet wheel wear experiment and load wheel rolling experiment of fiber crushed stone seal layer were carried out by different amount of emulsified asphalt and different fiber dosage. Rut deformation experiment and mechanical properties experiment, so as to obtain the range and trend of each index. Through the analysis of the experimental results, the following conclusions are drawn: in the experiment of the mixture ratio of the fiber crushed stone seal layer, the wear value of the fiber crushed stone seal layer, The relationship between adhesion sand value and emulsified asphalt content and fiber content is not simply increasing and decreasing, but the optimum dosage value appears. The content of emulsified asphalt is 1.7 kg / m ~ 2, the content of emulsified asphalt with the lowest adhesion sand value is 1.9 kg / m ~ 2, and the content of fiber is 75 g / m ~ 2 when the anti-deformation and wear resistance of fiber-crushed stone seal layer is the best. With the increase of the content of emulsified asphalt, the tensile resistance of the fiber-crushed stone sealing layer is also enhanced when the amount of fiber is constant. On the contrary, when the dosage of emulsified asphalt is constant, the anti-wear and skid resistance of fiber-crushed stone sealing layer will increase to some extent with the increase of fiber content, but the shear resistance will decrease. The analysis of the data obtained from the laboratory shows that the fiber-crushed stone sealing layer has a good anti-skid performance.
