多功能环保路面技术研究

【摘要】:随着经济社会快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,迫切需要建立运行高效、组织协调、服务优质、安全环保的公路运输系统,高速公路的通车里程和服务水平标志着交通运输行业是否达到现代化,同时也标志着国家是否达到现代化。我国大部分地区路面冬季结冰,雨天积水产生水漂和眩光,存在严重的交通安全隐患。路面结冰、积水后,车辆行驶、制动困难,容易引发交通事故,致使交通中断,客、货停运,公路运输陷入瘫痪、半瘫痪状态,严重影响人民生活和社会经济的运行。并且路面在荷载和低温的双重作用下,路面易形成裂缝、路面沉降等病害,导致路面提前破坏,降低路面的使用寿命。本文依托河北交通运输厅科技计划项目:自融雪、抗滑、排水、降噪多功能沥青路面技术的开发、基于功能层的沥青路面结构优化设计与施工工艺研究、重载交通下高模量沥青混凝土温拌技术及路用性能研究,针对沥青路面融雪、排水、降噪功能的需要,以及车辆重载、超载对路面结构与耐久性产生不利影响的问题,围绕融雪排水降噪多功能沥青路面的组成、结构与性能之间的关系,进行了系统研究,取得了以下成果:在对唐山地区高等级公路路面结构的调查的基础上,通过分析半刚性基层沥青路面早期病害的形式,针对其固有的缺陷设置防水引力吸收层的半柔性典型路面结构形式,以改善沥青路面使用性能。提出融雪剂除冰为主,高连通孔隙结构除冰为辅的路面除冰设计原则,采用自主研发的高效环保型融雪剂、橡胶高粘高弹沥青,制备出融雪排水降噪沥青路面。融雪排水降噪沥青路面不但具有良好的融雪、排水、降噪性能,还具有优良的路用性能,其冻融劈裂强度比达到92.4%,动稳定度达到8000次/mm以上,-10℃弯曲应变达到2800με以上。针对混合料的结构特性,系统研究了多功能沥青混合料温度参数以及拌和、摊铺、碾压等工程应用关键技术,提出了灌注式半柔性路面及融雪排水降噪沥青路面的施工工艺;研究成果成功应用于唐山205国道等多条道路,现场检测结果表明:空隙率为20%,动稳定度达到8000次/mm以上,冻融劈裂强度比达到90%,各项性能指标达到了预期及设计目标。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, there is an urgent need to establish a highway transportation system with high efficiency, organization and coordination, high-quality service, safety and environmental protection. The mileage and service level of expressway indicate the modernization of transportation industry and the modernization of the country. In most areas of our country, the road surface freezes in winter, the water drifts and glare in rainy days, and there are serious traffic safety hidden dangers. Road ice, water, vehicle driving, braking difficulty, easy to cause traffic accidents, resulting in traffic interruption, passenger, cargo, road transport paralyzed, semi-paralyzed, seriously affecting the people's lives and socio-economic operation. And under the double action of load and low temperature, pavement is easy to form cracks, pavement settlement and other diseases, leading to pavement damage ahead of time, reduce the service life of the pavement. This paper relies on the development of self-melting, anti-skid, drainage and noise-reducing multi-function asphalt pavement technology, and researches on the structure optimization design and construction technology of asphalt pavement based on functional layer, based on the science and technology project of Hebei Transportation and Transportation Bureau. The research on warm mixing technology and road performance of high modulus asphalt concrete under heavy traffic, aiming at the need of snow melting, drainage and noise reduction of asphalt pavement, as well as the problems of adverse effects on pavement structure and durability caused by heavy load and overloading of vehicles, Based on the composition, structure and performance of multi-functional asphalt pavement with snowmelt drainage and noise reduction, a systematic study was carried out and the following achievements were obtained: based on the investigation of the pavement structure of high-grade highway in Tangshan area, By analyzing the early disease form of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, the semi-flexible typical pavement structure form of waterproof gravity absorbing layer is set up to improve the service performance of asphalt pavement according to its inherent defects. The design principle of deicing is put forward which is mainly deicing with snow melting agent and deicing with high connected pore structure as auxiliary. High efficiency environmental protection type snow melting agent and rubber high viscosity and high elastic asphalt are used to prepare snow melting drainage and noise reducing asphalt pavement. Snow melting drainage and noise reduction asphalt pavement not only has good snow melting, drainage, noise reduction performance, but also has good road performance, its freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is up to 92.4%, and dynamic stability is more than 8000 times / mm.
