旧路软基处治欠佳道路扩建后路面裂缝形成机理研究

【摘要】：与一般高速公路扩建工程工后病害主要出现在新旧路搭接位置不同,广三高速公路扩建后在旧路路面出现了大量纵缝及其他病害。结合工程特征分析认为在旧路软基处治欠佳的情况下进行道路扩建,会使原本趋于稳定的旧路地基产生新的固结沉降,不均匀沉降反射到旧路路面从而形成纵缝。基于实际工程,建立相应的数值分析模型。通过研究不同强度旧路地基及扩建前对旧路地基不同区域进行加固的条件下工后路基变形的特征,认为在扩建前对旧路地基进行全范围加固可有效减小旧路地基工后沉降;旧路越弱,旧路地基工后最大沉降位置越靠近道路中线。
[Abstract]:Compared with the common highway extension engineering, the post-construction disease mainly occurs in the new and old road lap joint position. After the extension of Guangzhou-San Expressway, a large number of longitudinal joints and other diseases appear on the road surface of the old road. According to the analysis of engineering characteristics, the road expansion under the condition of poor treatment of the soft foundation of the old road will result in the new consolidation settlement of the old road foundation, which tends to be stable, and the uneven settlement will be reflected to the old road surface to form longitudinal joints. Based on the actual engineering, the corresponding numerical analysis model is established. By studying the characteristics of subgrade deformation after construction under different strength of old road foundation and the condition of strengthening different area of old road foundation before expansion, it is considered that full-range reinforcement of old road foundation before extension can effectively reduce the post-construction settlement of old road foundation. The weaker the old road, the closer the post-construction settlement position of the old road foundation is to the middle line of the road.
