成贵铁路菜坝岷江特大桥主桥施工技术

【摘要】:成贵铁路菜坝岷江特大桥主桥基础,结合地形、地质特点,北岸河中岸滩采用高水头筑岛围堰技术,南岸水中墩采用石渣筑岛后陆域静压植钢板桩围堰工法,河中墩采用栈桥+钢平台,水上静压植钢板桩围堰技术,克服岩面侵入承台、上覆卵石层等难题,承台、墩身在一个枯水期完成,墩身涨水前施工过汛期防洪水位。钢梁架设采用特制设备从两边向中间悬臂拼装、跨中合龙施工技术,修改航管软件解决航空限高问题。铁路道砟槽板采用场内预制,架桥机安装,梁上结合工艺技术。施工安全、优质、高效、环保。
[Abstract]:Based on the main bridge foundation of the Minjiang River Bridge, the middle bank of the north bank river adopts the technology of high water head to build the island cofferdam, and the middle pier of the south bank adopts the static pressure steel plate pile cofferdam construction method in the back land area of the island. The steel trestle platform and steel sheet pile cofferdam technology are adopted in the middle pier of the river to overcome the difficult problems such as the rock surface invading the cap and overlaying the cobblestone layer. The abutment and the pier body are completed in a dry water period. The flood control water level of the pier body is over before the flood season. Steel beam erection adopts special equipment to assemble from two sides to middle cantilever, construction technology of mid-span closure, and modification of air traffic control software to solve the problem of aviation height limit. The ballastless slot plate of railway track is prefabricated in the field, installed with bridge erecting machine, and combined with the technology on the beam. Construction safety, high quality, high efficiency, environmental protection.
