空腹式连续刚构桥跨径与根部梁高的经济取值研究

【摘要】:为了优化空腹式连续刚构桥的关键设计参数,提高经济效益,以贵州水盘高速北盘江大桥为背景,根据上部结构混凝土、普通钢筋和预应力钢束的工程量及其造价提出延米经济指标的概念,从工程造价的经济性角度研究了空腹式连续刚构桥跨径和根部梁高这2个关键结构设计参数的取值范围。采用有限元参数分析法研究了在桥梁主跨L=210,250,290,330,370m,且根部梁高分别为L/5、L/6、L/7、L/8、L/9、L/10、L/11等工况下,上部结构延米经济指标的变化规律。研究表明:混凝土造价的比重随着根部梁高的减小和主跨的增大而不断降低,预应力钢束造价的比重与混凝土刚好相反;上部结构的延米经济指标随根部梁高的减小先降后增,根部梁高在L/8~L/7范围内取值时,延米经济指标最低;空腹式连续刚构桥的经济跨径约为210~290m,超过300m以后,上部结构的经济性将显著降低。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the key design parameters of the hollow continuous rigid frame bridge and to improve the economic benefit, based on the background of the Guizhou Shuipan High Speed Beipanjiang Bridge, according to the superstructure concrete, The concept of Yanmi economic index is put forward for engineering quantity and cost of ordinary steel bar and prestressed steel bundle. The range of design parameters of span and root beam height of hollow continuous rigid frame bridge is studied from the point of view of engineering cost. By means of finite element parameter analysis method, the variation rule of the superstructure's economic index of the superstructure under the conditions of the main span of the bridge is 210250290330370m and the beam height at the root of the bridge is L ~ (5), L ~ (6), L ~ (7), L ~ (8), L ~ (9), L ~ (10), L ~ (11) and so on, are studied in this paper. The results show that the specific gravity of the concrete cost decreases with the decrease of the root beam height and the increase of the main span, and the specific gravity of the prestressed steel bundle is just opposite to that of the concrete. With the decrease of the root beam height, the economic index of the superstructure decreased first and then increased. When the root beam height was in the range of L/8~L/7, the economic index was the lowest. The economic span of the hollow continuous rigid frame bridge is about 210 m ~ 290 m, and when the span is more than 300 m, the economy of the superstructure will be greatly reduced.
