基于神经网络的高速公路沥青路面预防性养护预测模型研究

【摘要】:八十年代以来,公路建设进入了高潮期,到2012年初,我国高速公路总路程达8.5万公里,且沥青路面约占85%。但随着公路使用年限的延长,沥青路面在环境影响及行车荷载的不断作用下,使用性能不断下降,因此说需要养护的工程量越来越多,越来越困难。这种条件下,高速公路预防性养护就显得尤为重要。要实现高效、科学和节约的养护工作,满足公路管理者及公路使用者两方面的需求,确保高速公路的使用性能,就需进行路面的预防性养护。路面预防性养护就是在适合的时期内,运用合理的手段对相关路面进行养护处理,并使得路面的微小病害得到预防,进而得到有效处理,且预防性养护使得路面不易产生重大病害,能保持路面的良好的使用性能,节省路面养护时间及资金。首先,本文给出了相关高速公路预防性养护概念,并给出了沥青路面预防性养护的重大意义,指出了预防性养护的原则及特点。再次,本研究从路面病害的原因及类型为出发点,在微观和宏观标准上指出了预防性养护标准及相关技术的使用特点,并简要介绍了微表处、碎石封层和稀浆封层等相关技术,并研究了预防性养护技术使用的抉择,包括养护措施和养护时机的选择,以保障路面的使用性能。最后,根据国内外沥青路面使用性能预测模型的优缺点,采用神经网络中的BP网络模型,建立适用于本文的高速公路预防性养护使用性能预测模型,并得到很好效果。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, highway construction has entered a period of high tide. By the beginning of 2012, the total distance of highway in China has reached 85,000 kilometers, and the asphalt pavement accounts for about 85%. However, with the prolongation of the service life of the highway, the performance of asphalt pavement decreases continuously under the influence of environment and driving load. Therefore, it is more and more difficult to maintain more and more projects. Under this condition, highway preventive maintenance is particularly important. In order to achieve efficient, scientific and economical maintenance, to meet the needs of both highway managers and highway users, and to ensure the performance of the highway, it is necessary to carry out preventive maintenance of the road surface. Pavement preventive maintenance is to use reasonable means to maintain the relevant pavement in a suitable period, and to prevent the small disease of the pavement, and then get the effective treatment. Preventive maintenance makes the pavement not easy to produce major diseases, can maintain the good performance of pavement, save the maintenance time and funds. Firstly, the concept of preventive maintenance of expressway is given, and the significance of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement is given, and the principles and characteristics of preventive maintenance are pointed out. Thirdly, starting from the causes and types of pavement diseases, this study points out the characteristics of preventive maintenance standards and related technologies in micro-and macro-standards, and briefly introduces the micro-surfacing, gravel seal and slurry sealing techniques, and so on. The choice of preventive maintenance technology, including maintenance measures and maintenance timing, is studied in order to ensure the performance of pavement. Finally, according to the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign asphalt pavement performance prediction model, the BP network model of neural network is used to establish the highway preventive maintenance performance prediction model which is suitable for this paper, and the result is very good.
