西北地区公路路面冷再生混合料性能研究及应用

【摘要】:本论文在充分分析了国内外沥青路面冷再生技术的研究现状后,依托住建部工程建设行业标准《冷伴用沥青再生剂》编制项目,以甘肃省S201树屏段和兰州G109红古段路面维修改造工程为研究对象,重新研究RAP掺量更高的再生混合料级配和路面结构新型式,具体研究内容如下:(1)对甘肃省干线公路地理环境、气候条件、原路面结构、交通量、历史维修情况和路面常见病害进行调查分析,总结常见病害产生的原因;对S201树屏段和兰州G109红古段路面进行弯沉分析和破损状况评价,根据路面调查结果及病害情况确定路面结构再生层厚度,进而提出路面结构维修方案。(2)查阅文献,总结国内外冷再生混合料的设计方法,确定本论文再生混合料研究试验方法和设计步骤;对原路面材料RAP级配及沥青废料性能进行检测,提高RAP掺量,添加适量新矿料,根据“S型”级配曲线重新设计新集料级配;确定再生混合料中最佳水泥用量,通过对比试验选择性能更好的乳化沥青品种并确定其用量;根据选定的试验方法对设计的再生混合料进行高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和收缩性等性能测定。(3)查阅文献,总结国内外路面结构设计方法,提出冷再生路面结构设计步骤和路面结构新型式;针对路面结构不同的主导破损形式重新确定设计指标,并进行不同设计指标的轴载换算,确定不同设计指标的容许值;(4)研究线弹性断裂力学模型和裂纹类型,推导出应力强度因子计算公式;利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立路面结构模型,分析路面结构在车辆荷载作用下的沉降变形及应力应变;在路面结构模型中加入裂缝,分析模型在偏荷载和对称荷载作用下裂缝的发展情况,并计算两种荷载下裂缝尖端强度因子,预估路面结构疲劳寿命。(5)以甘肃省S201树屏段和兰州G109红古段路面结构维修改造工程为研究对象,进行再生混合料施工应用研究,验证再生混合料在施工过程中的性能表现;再生混合料铺筑过程观测混合料的出料状态和路面状态,总结铺筑过程中需控制的关键环节和注意事项。
[Abstract]:After fully analyzing the present research situation of cold recycling technology of asphalt pavement at home and abroad, this paper relies on the project of the construction industry standard of the Ministry of Housing "Cold Associated Asphalt Regeneration Agent". Taking S201 Shuping Section of Gansu Province and G109 Honggu Section of Lanzhou as research objects, the new type of recycled mixture gradation and pavement structure with higher RAP content was re-studied. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) to investigate and analyze the geographical environment, climatic conditions, original pavement structure, traffic volume, historical maintenance and common diseases of road surface in Gansu Province, and summarize the causes of common diseases; The pavement of S201 tree screen section and Lanzhou G109 Honggu section is analyzed by deflection analysis and damage evaluation. According to the pavement investigation results and disease conditions, the thickness of pavement structure regeneration layer is determined, and then the pavement structure maintenance scheme is put forward. (2) the literature is consulted. The design methods of cold recycled mixture at home and abroad are summarized, and the test methods and design steps of recycled mixture in this paper are determined. The RAP gradation of the original pavement material and the performance of the asphalt waste are tested, the RAP content is increased, the appropriate amount of new mineral material is added, and the new aggregate gradation is re-designed according to the "S-type" gradation curve. The best cement content in recycled mixture was determined, and the emulsified asphalt with better performance was selected by contrast test and the amount of emulsified asphalt was determined. According to the selected test methods, the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and shrinkage properties of the designed recycled mixture were determined. (3) the design methods of pavement structure at home and abroad were summarized by referring to the literature and summarizing the design methods of pavement structure at home and abroad. The design steps of cold recycled pavement structure and the new type of pavement structure are put forward. According to the different main damage forms of pavement structure, the design index is redetermined, and the axle load conversion of different design index is carried out to determine the allowable value of different design index. (4) the linear elastic fracture mechanics model and crack type are studied, and the calculation formula of stress intensity factor is deduced. The model of pavement structure is established by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and the settlement deformation and stress strain of pavement structure under vehicle load are analyzed. Adding cracks to pavement structure model, analyzing the development of cracks under partial load and symmetrical load, and calculating the strength factor of crack tip under two kinds of loads. The fatigue life of pavement structure is estimated. (5) the pavement structure maintenance and reconstruction projects of S201 Shuping section of Gansu Province and G109 Honggu section of Lanzhou are studied, and the application of recycled mixture construction is studied. Verify the performance of recycled mixture in the construction process; The output state and pavement state of the mixture are observed during the laying process of recycled mixture, and the key links and matters needing attention in the process of paving are summarized.
