盾构侧穿楼房引起的地表变形规律与控制技术

【摘要】:西安某地铁隧道在侧穿某楼房基础时,建立了FLAC三维数值模型进行计算分析。发现按照常规方法施工时,地表和楼房的变形均超出计算所允许的数值。而采取了"动态控制土仓压力、匀速缓行、足量注浆、环箍补浆"等复合技术措施后,结果显示,地表最大沉降值仅为6.5mm,楼最大房倾斜率0.23‰。地表变形影响区域减小,各沉降监测值小于标准,施工安全处于可控状态。
[Abstract]:A three-dimensional numerical model of FLAC is established for the calculation and analysis of a subway tunnel in Xi'an when it passes through the foundation of a building on the side. It is found that the deformation of both the surface and the building exceeds the allowable value of the calculation when the construction is carried out according to the conventional method. The results show that the maximum settlement value is only 6.5 mm and the maximum slope of the building is 0.23 鈥,
