注浆技术在路基加固中的机理及应用研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of road traffic in our country, the maintenance and maintenance, reinforcement and reconstruction of roads at all levels are becoming more and more onerous. Grouting technology has been widely used in road subgrade reinforcement. However, due to the concealment of grouting engineering, the numerous factors involved in slurry flow and the complex structure of soil in the foundation, the existing grouting theory lags behind the engineering application. Especially, the mechanism and application of grouting technology in subgrade reinforcement are lack of systematic research conclusion, so it is difficult to guide construction effectively. On the basis of a great deal of theoretical analysis and literature research, the mechanism and application of grouting technology in subgrade reinforcement are studied in this paper, aiming at the problems and shortcomings existing in the existing research. In this paper, with cement slurry and sand soil as the research object, the laboratory test is carried out with self-designed test device, and the diffusion form of cement paste in sand soil is studied by combining with many numerical analysis tools. A series of rules and conclusions have been obtained by systematical analysis of diffusion law and reinforcement effect. (1) based on the existing injectability theory, the particle size of sand soil, the ratio of slurry to cement and the permeability test of cement slurry in sand have been studied. Based on the analysis of the data results, the applicable scope of cement slurry in subgrade reinforcement is put forward. (2) the grouting diffusion form and grouting pressure are explored through the indoor grouting test, and the influence of grouting pressure on the grouting property of sand soil is discussed through the analysis of the results of the data and the application range of cement slurry in subgrade reinforcement. The influence of slurry-water-cement ratio on the diffusion range of slurry is studied. Based on the experimental results, the assumed mathematical model of grouting grout is established, and the concepts of main and secondary reinforcement zones are put forward. The quantitative relationship between slurry diffusion distance and grouting pressure and water-cement ratio was established by regression analysis. Combined with the finite element software, the rationality of the indoor test is simply verified. (3) on the basis of the conclusion of the sand treatment test with cement, and on the basis of certain assumptions, the reinforcement effect of grouting in the sand subgrade is studied. The optimum range of lime content in roadbed soil is obtained through analysis, and the law of early increase of roadbed strength after grouting is obtained, which proves that grouting technology can meet the demand of early open traffic in road maintenance and reinforcement. The influence of grouting reinforcement depth on subgrade reinforcement effect is analyzed by using BISAR software, and a more economical and reasonable range of reinforcement depth is obtained. (4) based on the actual project of treatment of disease grouting in K61 870~K61 980 section of S331 highway, The springback deflection of road surface before and after grouting reinforcement is measured, and the effect of grouting treatment technology on subgrade reinforcement is verified.
