废机油活化轿车胎胶粉的微观特性及改性沥青性能

【摘要】:针对挤出温度过高带来的再生胶性能损失严重和污染能耗问题,在挤出脱硫前采用废机油预先活化胶粉,以达到既能保证再生胶的脱硫效果,又能适当降低反应温度的目的。主要研究胶粉助剂掺拌比例、加工工艺、挤出温度对胶粉微观特性和改性沥青路用性能的影响。研究表明,废机油活化工艺能显著提高胶粉的溶胶含量;且胶粉助剂掺拌比例为3∶1时的改性沥青具有优良的路用性能;挤出工艺则主要起到降低胶粉粒径、改善胶粉在沥青中的相态分布的作用。180℃挤出的胶粉改性沥青高、低温性能以及可加工性能均表现良好。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the serious performance loss and pollution energy consumption of recycled rubber caused by too high extrusion temperature, the waste oil was used to pre-activate rubber powder before extrusion desulfurization, in order to not only ensure the desulfurization effect of recycled rubber, but also reduce the reaction temperature appropriately. The effects of mixing ratio of rubber powder additives, processing technology and extrusion temperature on the micro-properties of rubber powder and the road performance of modified asphalt were studied. The results show that the activation process of waste oil can significantly improve the sol content of rubber powder, and the modified asphalt with 3: 1 ratio of rubber powder additive has excellent road performance. The extrusion process mainly reduces the particle size of rubber powder and improves the phase distribution of rubber powder in asphalt. The modified asphalt with rubber powder extruded at 180 鈩,
