超纤维提高水泥稳定级配碎石基层抗裂性能的研究

【摘要】:在半刚性基层结构中,水泥稳定粒料基层可供稳定的材料种类很多,选择面更加宽广,同时具有较好的水稳性和抗冻性,还具有一定的强度、刚度和整体性。在路面的使用过程中弹性变形较小,使用承载力高,年限长,所以在河北省乃至全国范围内被广泛的采用。但是,现有半刚性基层沥青路面有些路段使用不足5年就必须进行大修,其主要病害是路面开裂、高温车辙和水损害等早期破坏现象使其使用寿命大大缩短。半刚性基层路面的开裂,不仅降低了道路的服务水平,还破坏了路面结构的整体性和连续性。本课题研究的目的是采用新型的超纤维技术来提高沥青路面水泥稳定级配碎石基层的抗裂性能,以有效地减少甚至消除半刚性基层的裂缝破坏,改善半刚性基层沥青路面因发射裂缝而引起的早期破坏,延长半刚性基层沥青路面的使用寿命。课题首先对纤维复合技术进行了介绍,分析了超纤维改性机理,然后进行了超纤维水泥稳定碎石技术性能的研究。通过在张石高速公路张家口段部分路段进行试验,分别测试了超纤维水泥稳定级配碎石强度、刚度和抗裂性能等参数。试验结果表明:通过在水泥稳定级配碎石中掺入适量超纤维,大幅度的提高了半刚性基层的强度、刚度和抗裂性,使半刚性基层能够寿命更长,质量更好。
[Abstract]:In the semi-rigid base structure, there are many kinds of materials available for stable cement stabilized grain base, the selection surface is wider, at the same time, it has better water stability and frost resistance, and also has certain strength, stiffness and integrity. In the process of pavement use, the elastic deformation is small, the service bearing capacity is high, and the service life is long, so it is widely used in Hebei Province and even the whole country. However, some sections of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement must be repaired in less than 5 years. The main diseases are pavement cracking, high temperature rut and water damage, which greatly shorten its service life. The cracking of semi-rigid base pavement not only reduces the service level of road, but also destroys the integrity and continuity of pavement structure. The purpose of this study is to improve the crack resistance of asphalt pavement cement stabilized graded macadam base by using new hyperfiber technology, so as to effectively reduce or even eliminate the crack failure of semi-rigid base. Improve the early damage of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement caused by launching cracks and prolong the service life of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement. Firstly, the fiber composite technology is introduced, the mechanism of super fiber modification is analyzed, and then the technical performance of super fiber cement stabilized crushed stone is studied. Through some tests on Zhangjiakou section of Zhangshi expressway, the strength, stiffness and crack resistance of super fiber cement stabilized graded crushed stone were tested respectively. The test results show that the strength, stiffness and crack resistance of semi-rigid base are greatly improved by adding proper amount of superfiber into cement stabilized graded macadam, and the service life and quality of semi-rigid base are longer and better.
