基于VIKOR法在重庆高速公路建设项目安全管理中的应用研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, highway construction is the focus of further strengthening and perfecting the national infrastructure construction in our country, which leads to the vigorous development of highway construction projects in various areas of our country. Because of the construction and safety management technology of our country, as well as the construction safety consciousness, it is still relatively backward compared with other developed countries, which leads to the frequent occurrence of safety accidents in the construction process. How to improve the science and rationality of safety management in the process of project construction has become an important factor restricting the construction of traffic engineering in our country, and it is particularly urgent to solve it. Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of safety accidents that often occur in the current highway construction projects, and then classifies their categories and grades. Then, combined with the construction characteristics and safety management characteristics of the line change project of Chongqing high speed airport section, the VIKOR safety management method is selected to identify and evaluate the safety risk sources existing in the construction process, and at the same time, the corresponding ranking is carried out. Finally, the project with the largest security risk source in the process of project construction is obtained. Finally, according to the results analyzed by VIKOR safety management method, through the formulation of the overall safety management countermeasures of the project, and then the general security risk sources and major security risk sources are targeted to formulate security management countermeasures. In order to further eliminate or avoid safety accidents in the construction process of the project. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) the safety management theories and methods of highway construction projects at home and abroad are summarized; (2) the characteristics, grades and categories of the main safety accidents in the current expressway construction project are analyzed, and the influencing factors of the safety accidents in the process of the project construction are also analyzed. The relationship between these influencing factors is further expounded. (3) through the use of VIKOR safety management method to identify, evaluate and sort the security risk sources in the line change project of Chongqing high speed airport section, and finally determine the focus of the project safety management; (4) the corresponding management countermeasures are taken for the project safety risk sources analyzed by VIKOR safety management method in order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
