高速公路沥青混凝土路面病害预防措施研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy in our country and the great investment of the state in infrastructure construction, the construction of expressway has developed vigorously. At the same time, the early damage of asphalt pavement is also serious. As far as the current situation is concerned, the early damage of the road has caused huge economic losses to the country, but also brought a lot of constant changes to people's travel. Therefore, the early prevention of asphalt concrete pavement disease is of great practical significance. In order to solve the above problems, combined with the specific engineering projects and on the basis of summing up the previous studies, this paper starts from the following three aspects: first, the crushing value of aggregates is explored. The effect of wear value on the pavement performance of the mixture. This paper puts forward a reasonable range which can make the mixture have high performance, finds out the aggregates which are more suitable for use in this area, and improves the rut resistance of asphalt mixture from the point of view of aggregate selection. In order to achieve the prevention of early high temperature rut disease of asphalt pavement. Secondly, the selected aggregate is used to optimize the mix proportion design, and the test results are analyzed and compared. the pass rate of the suitable key screen hole is selected by taking the excellent road performance as the evaluation index. The test results show that the pass rate of key screen holes has an important influence on the performance of asphalt mixture, and the performance of asphalt mixture can be improved by using the optimized gradation. Third, scientific and reasonable construction scheme and rigorous and standardized construction technology are important measures to obtain high quality pavement. Starting from the construction problems such as mixing of asphalt mixture, gradation and temperature segregation, prevention of pavement seepage, control of construction pollution, aggregate rolling and crushing, etc., the improvement measures are put forward, so as to ensure the construction quality and then to the rut disease of pavement. Early diseases such as water damage and cracks were prevented. At the end of this paper, the paving of the test road, all kinds of performance indexes of asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of the code, especially the high temperature stability and water stability, which verifies the relevant conclusions put forward in this paper. At the same time, the relevant conclusions of this paper also play a certain role in promoting the development of local highway asphalt pavement disease prevention.
