橡胶沥青制备工艺及其设备的分析研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国的废旧轮胎数量在逐年上升,如果不加以回收利用,那么不仅造成资源的浪费,还会带来一系列环境问题;同时,随着车辆的增加,人们对路面性能的要求也在不断提高,而橡胶沥青则可以很好地解决这两个问题。因此,本文对橡胶沥青制备技术及其生产设备进行了研究,具体研究的内容及思路如下:(1)对橡胶沥青的性能、影响因素及改性机理进行分析研究,确定橡胶沥青制备技术中最佳的工艺参数;(2)介绍了橡胶沥青的两种基本生产工艺,并通过对湿法工艺中的机械搅拌法和高速剪切法进行分析比较,确定采用机械搅拌法;(3)根据制定的生产工艺以及得到的相关工艺参数,以生产率为20t/h的橡胶沥青设备为例,对其关键设备进行设计计算,确定结构参数,并对反应罐和发育罐进行热平衡计算;(4)通过计算机数值模拟技术对搅拌罐和发育罐内的流场进行仿真分析,首先对比分析单、双层搅拌叶片对搅拌效果的影响,得出双层搅拌叶片在高液位区的搅拌效果要明显优于单层搅拌叶片的搅拌效果,然后以双层搅拌叶片的布局形式为例,分析不同搅拌转速对罐内流场的影响效果,得出搅拌器转速越高,物料混合效果越好。本文通过对橡胶沥青制备技术的研究,为该生产设备的设计提供一定的理论依据,并通过CFD数值模拟技术,为搅拌罐和发育罐提出了优化改进,因此本文的研究具有一定的理论和实际意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of waste tyres in China is increasing year by year. If it is not recycled, it will not only cause the waste of resources, but also bring a series of environmental problems. At the same time, with the increase of vehicles, people's requirements for pavement performance are also improving, and rubber asphalt can solve these two problems. Therefore, the preparation technology and production equipment of rubber asphalt are studied in this paper. the contents and ideas of the specific research are as follows: (1) the properties, influencing factors and modification mechanism of rubber asphalt are analyzed and studied. The optimum technological parameters in the preparation technology of rubber asphalt were determined. (2) two basic production processes of rubber asphalt are introduced, and the mechanical mixing method and high speed shear method in wet process are analyzed and compared, and the mechanical mixing method is determined. (3) according to the production process and the related process parameters, taking the rubber asphalt equipment with productivity of 20t/h as an example, the key equipment is designed and calculated, and the structural parameters are determined. The heat balance of the reaction tank and the development tank was calculated. (4) the flow field in the mixing tank and the development tank is simulated and analyzed by computer numerical simulation technology. firstly, the influence of single and double layer stirring blades on the stirring effect is compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the stirring effect of the double-layer stirring blade in the high liquid level region is obviously better than that of the single-layer stirring blade. Then, taking the layout of the double-layer stirring blade as an example, the influence of different stirring speed on the flow field in the tank is analyzed. It is concluded that the higher the rotating speed of the agitator, the better the mixing effect of the material. In this paper, the preparation technology of rubber asphalt is studied to provide a certain theoretical basis for the design of the production equipment, and through CFD numerical simulation technology, the optimization and improvement of mixing tank and development tank are put forward. Therefore, the research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.
