高海拔内燃牵引特长隧道运营通风技术研究

【摘要】:研究目的:青藏铁路拉日线盆因拉隧道为高原、高寒地区内燃牵引特长隧道,共设1个斜井、3个横洞。拉日线隧址区特殊的气候条件及横洞的开通对隧道运营通风的影响亟待研究。本文基于拉日线NJ2型内燃机车排放指标检测值以及拉日线隧址区自然风现场观测结果,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型,模拟分析横洞对盆因拉隧道自然通风效果的影响,并确定不同横洞开通时,隧道内外自然风的关系,热位压作用对隧道内自然风的影响。研究结论:(1)运营通风建议方案为2#、4#横洞排风,拉萨端、日喀则端、3#横洞进风;(2)结合防灾,选用射流风机,正洞内安装风机,开启后风向应与车行方向一致;(3)该研究结果对推进我国高原地区长大隧道运营通风技术的发展有着积极意义。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to set up one inclined well and three transverse tunnels in the basin Inla tunnel of Qinghai-Tibet Railway, which is a plateau and an extra-long tunnel with internal combustion in alpine region. The special climatic conditions and the influence of the opening of transverse tunnel on the ventilation of tunnel operation need to be studied urgently. In this paper, based on the detection value of emission index of NJ 2 diesel locomotive and the field observation results of natural wind in the tunnel site area of Lari line, the influence of transverse tunnel on the natural ventilation effect of Panyin tunnel is simulated and analyzed by using RNG k-蔚 turbulence model. The relationship between the natural wind inside and outside the tunnel and the influence of thermal potential pressure on the natural wind in the tunnel are determined. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the recommended scheme of operation ventilation is 2, 4 # horizontal tunnel exhaust wind, Lhasa end, Xigaze end, 3 # horizontal hole inlet wind; (2) combined with disaster prevention, jet fan is selected and fan is installed in the tunnel, and the wind direction should be consistent with the direction of the garage after opening. (3) the results of this study are of positive significance to promote the development of long tunnel operation and ventilation technology in plateau area of China.
