南宁市滨江小区市政道路工程项目风险管理研究

【摘要】:道路项目在国民经济和社会经济区域联系发展中发挥的作用至关重要。市政道路工程通常技术复杂、投资资金巨大、工期长、参与的主体多,而且实施过程中受到各种外部环境的影响,使项目在实施过程中的不确定性、风险性大大增加,风险对道路项目的工程质量、建设周期、投资资金造成潜在的损失。道路工程风险既存在于工程自身特点,又存在于建设期间的社会和环境稳定情况,有各种复杂的因素,风险产生的主要原因有自然环境风险、社会文化风险、经济环境风险、专业技术风险和管理风险。本文通过参考国内外项目风险管理理论和经验,结合南宁市市政道路工程项目建设,以南宁市滨江小区市政道路工程项目的建设为实证,对项目进行风险管理研究,识别项目整个运行期可能存在的风险,评估风险等级的大小和对项目的影响程度,并针对评估结果提出解决方案,可以有助于减少项目风险造成的损失,确保项目能够顺利实施,为类似项目提供一个风险管理决策参考。
[Abstract]:The role of road projects in the development of regional ties between national economy and social economy is very important. Municipal road engineering is usually technically complex, the investment capital is huge, the construction period is long, there are many participants, and the implementation process is affected by various external environments, which greatly increases the uncertainty and risk of the project in the implementation process. The risk causes potential losses to the engineering quality, construction cycle and investment funds of the road project. The risk of road engineering exists not only in the characteristics of the project itself, but also in the social and environmental stability during the construction period. There are various complex factors. The main causes of the risk are natural environmental risk, social and cultural risk, economic and environmental risk, professional and technical risk and management risk. By referring to the theory and experience of project risk management at home and abroad, combined with the construction of Nanning municipal road engineering project, and taking the construction of municipal road engineering project in Binjiang District of Nanning City as an empirical example, this paper studies the risk management of the project, identifies the possible risks in the whole operation period of the project, evaluates the size of the risk level and the influence degree on the project, and puts forward some solutions according to the evaluation results. It can help to reduce the loss caused by project risk, ensure the smooth implementation of the project, and provide a risk management decision reference for similar projects.
