正交异性钢桥面板隐蔽焊缝的应力分布特征研究

【摘要】:通过对之江大桥正交异性钢桥面板进行数值模拟,对不同U肋间距、倾角、板厚情况下隐蔽焊缝及其周围区域的应力分布规律和隐蔽焊缝应力监测的适宜区域进行分析。结果表明:U肋翼板与隐蔽焊缝的应力之间具有较好的相关性,横截面的应力比系数δB受U肋间距、U肋与翼板角度及桥面板与U肋厚度比等参数变化的影响无明显规律;可以通过U肋翼板应力换算得到隐蔽焊缝应力,且δB与测点至焊缝的距离有关,U肋翼板1/4高度以下区域为隐蔽焊缝应力监控的适宜区域。
[Abstract]:Based on the numerical simulation of orthotropic steel bridge deck of Zhijiang Bridge, the stress distribution law of hidden weld and its surrounding area under different U-ribbed spacing, inclination angle and plate thickness and the suitable area for stress monitoring of hidden weld are analyzed. The results show that there is a good correlation between the stress of U-ribbed wing plate and hidden weld. The stress ratio coefficient 未 B of cross section is not affected by the variation of U-ribbed spacing, U-ribbed and wing angle and bridge deck to U-ribbed thickness ratio. The hidden weld stress can be obtained by the stress conversion of U ribbed wing plate, and 未 B is related to the distance from the measuring point to the weld seam.
