考虑综合效益的城市交通信息采集设备组合配置问题研究

【摘要】:交通信息数据采集技术是智能交通系统最核心的一部分,是城市交通状态识别、交通信号配时等交通行为的基础,能够为城市交通系统的监控和科学管理起到重要作用。交通信息采集是以交通信息采集设备为基础,通过多种不同交通信息采集设备协作获取的,随着新兴科技的迅猛发展并逐渐应用到交通领域,交通信息采集技术已经从单一设备采集数据的技术发展成为多设备共同配合采集数据的技术。当前的交通采集设备布设更多的是以单一设备为基础进行考虑,根据单个设备的服务范围、布设原则、采样周期等特性,以满足数据种类和数据精度需求为目的,大量地的投放设备,设备成本高,而常规的交通信息采集方式都能提供诸如交通量、速度、占有率等信息,因此就造成了大量的数据冗余,不仅增加数据整理、分析的难度,还存在交通设备的重复投资和浪费的问题,是对社会资源的浪费。因此论文研究在考虑信息采集设备组合配置时,以满足交通状态识别和交通信号配时数据需求为基础,以提高经济效益为目的,结合不同交通信息采集设备的采集特性、数据特点以及适用性,建立多目标规划模型对信息设备的组合配置进行优化,从减少设备成本和提高设备效益两个方面进行建模,能有效的减少交通信息采集设备的投放量,提高设备利用率,减少设备成本支出。
[Abstract]:Traffic information data acquisition technology is the most core part of intelligent transportation system. It is the basis of traffic behavior such as urban traffic state identification and traffic signal timing. It can play an important role in the monitoring and scientific management of urban traffic system. Traffic information collection is based on traffic information collection equipment, which is obtained through a variety of different traffic information collection equipment. With the rapid development of new science and technology and gradually applied to the traffic field, traffic information collection technology has developed from the technology of single equipment to the technology of multi-equipment to cooperate with each other to collect data. At present, the deployment of traffic acquisition equipment is more based on a single device. According to the service scope, layout principle, sampling cycle and other characteristics of a single device, in order to meet the needs of data types and data accuracy, a large number of equipment is put in, and the equipment cost is high, while the conventional traffic information collection methods can provide such information as traffic volume, speed, occupation rate and so on, thus resulting in a large number of data redundancy. It not only increases the difficulty of data collation and analysis, but also has the problem of repeated investment and waste of transportation equipment, which is a waste of social resources. Therefore, when considering the combination configuration of information collection equipment, in order to meet the needs of traffic state identification and traffic signal timing data, in order to improve economic benefits, combined with the collection characteristics, data characteristics and applicability of different traffic information collection equipment, a multi-objective programming model is established to optimize the combination configuration of information equipment, and to model the combination configuration of information equipment from two aspects: reducing equipment cost and improving equipment benefit. It can effectively reduce the amount of traffic information collection equipment, improve the utilization rate of equipment and reduce the cost of equipment.
