智能隧道激光收敛仪的研制和应用

【摘要】:基于相位式激光测距原理,研制了由主机、对准调节装置和后处理软件组成的智能隧道激光收敛仪.主机有测量、编辑、计算、数据传输功能,加密监测数据、防止数据造假的功能,以及足够的存储空间.对准调节装置能够方便快捷地安装和拆卸,并能使激光点精确地对准目标.后处理软件能够处理加密数据,绘制收敛-时间曲线图和生成报表.室内试验和隧道现场实测表明,测线长度为5.0~14.0m时的施测精度为0.50~0.68mm;对比收敛计和全站仪,智能隧道激光收敛仪具有监测效率高,劳动强度低,操作简便快捷,施工干扰少等优点.
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of phase laser ranging, an intelligent tunnel laser convergence instrument composed of mainframe, alignment adjusting device and post-processing software is developed. The host has the functions of measuring, editing, computing, data transmission, encrypting monitoring data, preventing data fraud, and sufficient storage space. The alignment adjusting device can be installed and disassembled conveniently and quickly, and the laser point can be accurately aimed at the target. The post-processing software can process encrypted data, draw convergence-time curves and generate reports. The laboratory test and tunnel field measurement show that the measuring accuracy is 0.50 鈮,
