软岩大跨度公路隧道施工方法研究—三台阶法施工数值模拟及现场实测
[Abstract]:In this paper, taking a soft rock long-span expressway tunnel as an example, the excavation of the tunnel by three-step method is studied by using the whole test, numerical analysis and practical theory. the main work and conclusions are as follows: (1) the strength of surrounding rock is measured by point load meter, and the rock mass is measured by non-metallic acoustic wave. Determine the quality index of rock mass, determine the flow rate and structural area of groundwater. The quality of surrounding rock is studied and adjusted continuously to ensure that the correction of surrounding rock is classified according to the surrounding rock. The site point load and acoustic wave test are completed, and the field classification results of surrounding rock are completed. (2) considering the side guide pit excavation method and the three step method, the finite element numerical simulation model is established, and the finite element numerical simulation of soft rock roadway excavation is completed. The results of finite element numerical simulation show that the deformation of surrounding rock is small and the stability of surrounding rock is good. (3) finally, the supervision and quality inspection of the overall construction of soft rock tunnel are realized. The related contents show that the numerical results of tunnel surrounding rock deformation measurement are basically consistent with the finite element numerical simulation results, and the finite element numerical simulation results are credible. It is reasonable to choose the three-step construction method.
