溶剂型冷补沥青液的路用性能

【摘要】:为深入研究溶剂型冷补沥青液的路用性能,弥补评价方法的不足,首先提出了溶剂型冷补沥青液的性能评价方法,然后采用正交试验设计方法,研制了一种新型溶剂型冷补沥青液,提出了其建议技术要求,最后通过对比试验进行性能验证.结果表明:稀释剂、增黏剂是影响溶剂型冷补沥青液性能的主要因素;组成新型溶剂型冷补沥青液的最佳质量比例为m(基质沥青)∶m(稀释剂)∶m(增黏剂)∶m(表面活性剂)∶m(抗剥落剂)=100∶25∶2∶0.5∶0.6;提出的溶剂型冷补沥青液性能评价方法和建议技术要求能较好地反映其路用性能;新型溶剂型冷补沥青液能拌制出性能优良的冷补沥青混合料.
[Abstract]:In order to study the road performance of solvent cold asphalt solution and make up for the deficiency of evaluation method, the performance evaluation method of solvent cold fill asphalt solution was put forward, and then a new type of solvent cold asphalt solution was developed by orthogonal test design method, and its suggested technical requirements were put forward. Finally, the performance was verified by comparative test.
