一种基于OBB矩形碰撞检测算法的堆取料机防碰撞方法

【摘要】:在国内散货码头自动化发展趋势与产业结构调整需求的基础上,针对堆、取料机间机械臂碰撞问题进行研究。在此基础上,设计了防撞监测系统,对预警碰撞和安全关闭进行了有效的设计。采用双天线的GPS模块定位技术对大机进行定位,基于定位数据采用2D的OBB(orient bounding box)碰撞检测算法对机器臂进行空间建模与碰撞检测,设计了大机防碰撞监测系统,实现机器臂碰撞预警与安全停机的目的。该方案解决了大机碰撞检测的实时问题,可以较好地应用于堆场作业,有利于提高堆取料机作业效率和自动化水平。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the development trend of the domestic bulk terminal and the demand of the industrial structure adjustment, the problem of the mechanical arm collision between the pile and the reclaimer is studied. On this basis, the anti-collision monitoring system is designed, and the early-warning collision and the safety shutdown are effectively designed. In this paper, a two-antenna GPS module positioning technology is used to position the large machine, and the machine arm is subjected to space modeling and collision detection based on the positioning data, and a large-machine anti-collision monitoring system is designed so as to realize the purpose of collision early warning and safety shutdown of the machine arm. The scheme solves the real-time problem of the collision detection of the large machine, can be well applied to the storage yard operation, and is beneficial to improving the operation efficiency and the automation level of the stacker-reclaimer.
