基于改进云模型的公路施工安全防护系统评价

【摘要】:为了保障公路施工现场人员的生命安全,针对安全防护系统建立基于改进云模型的综合评价模型。首先,构建公路施工安全防护系统评价指标体系,从劳动防护用品、人员通道、临边洞口防护和高处作业等4方面开展评价研究;然后,提出一种微调合成算子对权重云矩阵和安全云矩阵进行模糊合成计算,降低熵值对期望的依赖程度;最后,通过正向云发生器生成安全云图和标准云图,评价安全防护系统整体和各级评价指标的安全状态。应用上述方法评价某工程实例。结果表明:该公路施工安全防护系统整体和高处作业的安全等级为良,劳动防护用品的使用和监督安全等级为中;基于改进云模型的安全评价方法具有较好的可行性与适应性,实例评价结果与实际情况基本一致。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the life safety of highway construction site personnel, a comprehensive evaluation model based on improved cloud model is established for safety protection system. Firstly, the evaluation index system of highway construction safety protection system is constructed, and the evaluation research is carried out from four aspects: Labor protective equipment, personnel channel, edge hole protection and high work. Then, a fine tuning synthesis operator is proposed to calculate the weight cloud matrix and safety cloud matrix by fuzzy synthesis, so as to reduce the dependence of entropy value on expectation. Finally, the safety state of the overall and all levels of the safety protection system is evaluated by generating the safety cloud picture and the standard cloud image by the forward cloud generator. The above method is used to evaluate an engineering example. The results show that the safety grade of the whole and high operation of the highway construction safety protection system is good, and the safety grade of the use and supervision of labor protective equipment is medium, and the safety evaluation method based on the improved cloud model has good feasibility and adaptability, and the evaluation results of the example are basically consistent with the actual situation.
