【摘要】:智能电网利用信息和通信技术(ICT)基础设施来管理电力能源的生产、传输和消耗,以提高远程控制和自动化系统的效率。变电站作为智能电网中最重要的组成部分,为了解决其中不同设备之间的互操作性及其自动化系统的通信网络的共享等问题,国际电工委员会提出并制定了IEC 61850标准。而作为电力通信系统最广泛接受的标准,其定义的通信服务和通信协议也成为了研究热点。随着大数据等概念的提出及应用,数据传输的管理、安全、效率等方面都面临着严峻的挑战,而软件定义网络(SDN)作为新兴的网络技术,能为用户提供更为灵活的网络流量管理、网络虚拟化、更好的扩展性来解决这些问题。本文旨在使用SDN技术对变电站自动化通信系统中通信服务的管理及其安全防范措施提出一些改进。本文首先分析并研究了IEC 61850标准和软件定义网络(SDN)框架的内容及其技术特点;然后通过研究IEC 61850标准面向对象建模的思想与方法,并利用变电站配置语言对变压器监测模型进行了详细描述;最后在建立的信息模型基础上提出了一个SDN框架下的通信管理框架,通过利用SDN控制器的控制和监控工具来满足模型中的通信需求,经过对相关性能的测试实验,证实了框架的相关性能的可行性。
[Abstract]:Smart grids use the ICT ICT-based infrastructure to manage the production, transmission and consumption of power energy to improve the efficiency of remote control and automation systems. Substations are the most important components of the smart grid. In order to solve the problems of interoperability between different equipments and the sharing of communication network of automation system, the International Electrotechnical Commission proposed and formulated IEC 61850 standard, which is the most widely accepted standard in electric power communication system. With the development and application of big data and other concepts, the management, security and efficiency of data transmission are facing severe challenges. As a new network technology, SDN can provide users with more flexible network traffic management and network virtualization. The purpose of this paper is to use SDN technology to improve the management of communication service and its security precautions in substation automation communication system. Firstly, this paper analyzes and studies the IEC 61850 standard. The content and technical characteristics of quasi and software definition network SDN; Then, by studying the idea and method of object-oriented modeling in IEC 61850 standard, the transformer monitoring model is described in detail by using substation configuration language. Finally, based on the established information model, a communication management framework based on SDN framework is proposed. By using the control and monitoring tools of the SDN controller to meet the communication requirements in the model, the performance of the model is tested and tested. The feasibility of the related performance of the framework is verified.
