基于不停电检测的开关柜状态检修技术研究及应用

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,人们对生活的需求逐步提高,对供电可靠性的要求亦逐步提升,提升供电可靠性,减少用户停电时间、停电次数,降低线路及设备跳闸率已成为电网企业新的主题。电网设备检修目前推行状态检修,但是状态检修获取设备状态量仍需对设备进行停电,不符合当前社会对电网企业的新要求,因此,不停电检测技术获取设备状态量的研究就迫在眉睫。变电站内直接对用户供电产生影响的是各用户出线间隔的设备检修,这些出线间隔设备目前基本为开关柜设备,因此,推行不停电检测技术的设备状态检修,首先应完成开关柜设备的不停电检测状态检修研究。本文研讨了变电站开关柜设备的不停电检测的状态检修技术,制定了不停电检测的开关柜状态检修的实现策略、实现方式,目前,开关柜不停电检测的状态检修已在国家电网公司内实施,有效的提升了开关柜设备检修的效率。结合国内不停电技术的发展现状,本文分析了开关柜设备不停电技术的原理,根据不停电技术的应用效果,分析了不停电检测手段获取设备状态量的方式等,并结合安徽省宿州供电公司应用实例,针对电网企业现行开关柜普遍运行条件,对不停电检测开关柜状态检修技术进行了详细介绍,对不同开关柜隐患、缺陷的分析、处理进行了全面对分析,进一步指导基于不停电检测开关柜状态检修工作开展。实践结果证明,本文所研究的开关柜不停电检测的状态检修能有效的提高设备检修效率,大大降低了用户设备的停电次数,同时还提升了开关柜设备的运维水平,降低了开关柜设备的故障率。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people's demand for daily life has been gradually raised, and the demand for power supply reliability has also been raised step by step. The reliability of power supply has been improved, and the time and times of power outages have been reduced. Reducing line and equipment tripping rate has become a new topic for power grid enterprises. Power network equipment maintenance is being implemented at present, but the equipment condition quantity still needs to be cut off, which is not in line with the new requirements of the current society to the power grid enterprises, therefore, it is necessary to obtain the condition quantity of the equipment. It is urgent to obtain the equipment state quantity by non-blackout detection technology. The direct influence on the power supply to the users in the substation is the maintenance of the equipment between the lines of each user, which is basically the switchgear equipment at present. Therefore, the equipment condition maintenance of the non-blackout detection technology is carried out. First of all, should complete the switchgear equipment non-blackout detection condition maintenance research. This paper discusses the condition based maintenance technology of substation switchgear equipment without blackout detection, and formulates the realization strategy and realization mode of condition maintenance of switchgear without blackout detection. The condition maintenance of switchgear without outage detection has been implemented in State Grid Company, which effectively improves the efficiency of switchgear equipment maintenance. Combined with the development of non-blackout technology in China, this paper analyzes the principle of no-blackout technology for switchgear equipment, and analyzes the ways of obtaining the state quantity of equipment by means of non-blackout detection according to the application effect of no-blackout technology. Combined with the application example of Suzhou Power supply Company in Anhui Province, aiming at the prevailing operating conditions of switchgear in power grid enterprises, this paper introduces in detail the condition maintenance technology of non-blackout detection switchgear, and analyzes the hidden dangers and defects of different switchgear cabinets. The comprehensive analysis is carried out to further guide the condition maintenance of switchgear based on non-blackout detection. The practical results show that the condition based maintenance of the switchgear studied in this paper can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance, greatly reduce the number of outages of user equipment, and at the same time improve the level of operation and maintenance of switchgear equipment. The failure rate of switchgear is reduced.
