以断面控制为核心的电网调度运行控制体系及系统开发

【摘要】:输电断面是整个电网系统中的薄弱环节,输电断面的识别和控制对系统的安全稳定性具有重要意义。针对当前电网调度断面控制因缺乏顶层设计而难以整合断面辨识和传输极限计算等问题,研究了以断面控制为核心的电网调度运行控制体系及其系统开发。研究了基于二分法的数学模型,计算输电断面的极限传输功率,构建以断面控制为核心的运行体系。并重点讨论各支撑断面控制分析的关键技术。通过本系统在地区电网一年多来的应用证明了该方法的实际效果。
[Abstract]:Transmission section is a weak link in the whole power system, and the identification and control of transmission section is of great significance to the safety and stability of the system. Due to the lack of top-level design, it is difficult to integrate cross-section identification and transmission limit calculation for the current power dispatching section control. This paper studies the grid dispatching operation control system based on cross-section control and its system development. The mathematical model based on dichotomy is studied to calculate the limited transmission power of transmission section and to construct the operation system with section control as the core. The key technology of control analysis of each supporting section is discussed. The practical effect of this method has been proved by the application of this system in regional power grid for more than a year.
