信息运维综合监管系统研发过程质量管理研究

【摘要】:随着智能电网暨SG-ERP建设的开展,国家电网公司生产、经营和管理业务活动对信息系统愈加依赖,IT设备及信息系统软件的相互集成度也将更高,对其安全性的需求也将随之提升。国家电网公司完成了内网信息运维综合监管系统的开发工作,该项目进一步强化了各单位支撑手段建设。为满足信息系统连续安全有效运行、日常信息运维管理工作以及信息系统调运体系建设的需求,需要在内网信息运维综合监管系统建设的基础上,开展外网系统的建设。由R公司承担建设的外网系统取得了重大突破。一是能够在线实时监控信息外网的所有重要IT设备;二是能够实时监测业务系统的运行和应用情况;三是明显地提高了系统的运行效率,有效地提升了系统的服务效果;四是有力地确保了系统安全稳定地运行。本文基于现代IT项目质量的过程管理方法,以R公司承建的国家电网公司外网信息运维综合监管系统建设项目为案例,充分分析该项目的规模、特点与项目质量管理的实际情况,针对质量管理在IT产品研发过程中起到的效果做了论证和研究。本文首先介绍现代IT项目管理的基本理论和IT项目质量管理的体系、原则和过程。其次,分析了该系统建设项目的必要性、目标和范围,研究了项目建设过程中各阶段的质量管理活动内容,管理流程和方法。最后本文使用模糊层次法(FAHP),根据项目不同阶段的活动内容和特点建立了质量管理模型,对该系统的研发过程进行评价。评价指标体系中还加入了客户的体验质量,能够站在使用者的角度对产品质量做出评价,使评价更加立体。通过评价结果可以看出该产品研发过程中的质量管理是有效的,确保了产品达到客户预期的标准,从而为类似的IT项目的建设尤其是在项目质量管理方面提供可以借鉴参考的经验。
[Abstract]:With the development of smart grid and SG-ERP construction, the production, operation and management activities of the State Grid Corporation are increasingly dependent on the information system, and the integration of IT equipment and information system software will also be higher. The need for its security will also increase. The State Grid Corporation has completed the development of the integrated supervision system for information operation and maintenance of the internal network, and the project has further strengthened the construction of supporting means for each unit. In order to meet the needs of the continuous safe and effective operation of the information system, the daily information operation and maintenance management and the construction of the information system dispatching system, it is necessary to carry out the construction of the external network system on the basis of the construction of the comprehensive supervision system for the information operation and maintenance of the internal network. The construction of the external network system undertaken by R Company has made a major breakthrough. First, it can monitor all the important IT equipments in the external network of real-time monitoring information on-line; second, it can monitor the operation and application of the business system in real-time; third, it can obviously improve the running efficiency of the system and effectively improve the service effect of the system; The fourth is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system. Based on the process management method of modern IT project quality, this paper takes the construction project of information operation and maintenance comprehensive supervision system of National Power Grid Corporation as an example, and fully analyzes the scale of the project. Characteristics and the actual situation of project quality management, aiming at the effect of quality management in the process of IT product research and development have been demonstrated and studied. This paper first introduces the basic theory of modern IT project management and the system, principle and process of IT project quality management. Secondly, the necessity, goal and scope of the system construction project are analyzed, and the content, management process and method of the quality management activities in each stage of the project construction process are studied. Finally, the fuzzy hierarchy process (FAHP),) is used to establish the quality management model according to the content and characteristics of different phases of the project, and evaluate the R & D process of the system. Customer experience quality is also added to the evaluation index system, which can evaluate the product quality from the perspective of users, and make the evaluation more stereoscopic. Through the evaluation results, we can see that the quality management in the R & D process of the product is effective, ensuring that the product meets the customer's expected standards. In order to provide a reference for the construction of similar IT projects, especially in the project quality management.
