微波辐射对铁基催化剂低温SCR脱硝活性的影响

【摘要】:为研究适用于选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂的制备方法,实验探究了微波烘干和普通烘干制备得到的负载型铁基催化剂8Mn-8Fe/Al_2O_3的催化脱硝活性和抗硫性,并用SEM、XRD、BET方法研究了这2种催化剂的结构特性.结果表明:微波烘干后的催化剂在低于180℃时其催化脱硝活性显著高于普通烘干的催化剂,且具有较好的抗硫性;经微波烘干的催化剂表面颗粒分散度高,催化剂晶粒变小,孔隙结构得到改善,比表面积有较大增加,从而提高了脱硝效率;在90℃时,经微波烘干的催化剂的脱硝效率比经普通烘干的催化剂的脱硝效率高30%.
[Abstract]:In order to study the preparation method suitable for the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification catalyst, the catalytic denitrification activity and sulfur resistance of the supported iron based catalyst 8Mn-8Fe/Al_2O_3 prepared by microwave drying and ordinary drying were investigated. The structural properties of the 2 catalysts were studied by SEM, XRD and BET. The results showed that after microwave drying, the results showed that microwave drying was used. The catalytic denitrification activity of the catalyst at less than 180 C was significantly higher than that of the ordinary drying catalyst, and it had better sulfur resistance. The surface particle dispersion of the catalyst was high, the grain size of the catalyst was smaller, the pore structure was improved, the surface area was greatly increased, thus the denitrification efficiency was improved. The microwave drying was dried at 90 degrees C. The denitration efficiency of the catalyst is higher than that of the conventional drying catalyst 30%.
