风电混合动力在抽油机系统中的应用研究

【摘要】:针对不可再生资源的濒临枯竭和对风能开发利用的不足,本文设计了一套风电混合动力抽油机系统,将风能直接应用于油田抽油机中,探索出一条风能开发利用的新道路。该系统以风力机为主要动力源,电动机作为辅助设备,带动油田抽油机工作。当风力足够、风力机能够带动压风机正常工作时,电动机处于备用状态;当风力不足时,启动电动机,带动压风机工作,产生所需的压缩气体,而后将其存储,供各种风动设备使用,比如:气缸。这样极大地节约了能源。该系统以西门子公司的PLC-200作为控制核心,对系统的每一个重要环节的信息进行采集、分析和处理,并发出相应的动作指令,来控制机器设备的启停、阀类的开关、开关的通断及故障指示灯和蜂鸣器的工作情况等,使整个系统得以流畅、稳定的运转。系统选用威纶MT6070iH2触摸屏作为显示和输入设备,操作员可对现场参数预设值及各类输出设备的状态进行在线修改和调整,使系统的效率和灵活性大大增强。不仅如此,该系统还利用上位机上的WINCC软件,对现场的工作过程和重要参数进行实时监控,以便工作人员可以对异常情况做出准确、及时地判断,确保了整个工作过程的安全性。最后,将装有WINCC的上位机与PLC-200连接,完成通讯,并对系统进行调试,通过仿真实验对该系统的各项功能、可行性和稳定性加以测试。经测试,该系统运行稳定。而且该抽油机系统具有自动化程度高,安全性好,运行成本低,维护容易,无噪音,无污染等优点,有着广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In view of the depletion of non-renewable resources and the shortage of wind energy exploitation and utilization, a set of wind power hybrid electric pumping unit system is designed in this paper. Wind energy is directly applied to oil field pumping units, and a new way of wind energy development and utilization is explored. The system takes the wind turbine as the main power source and the motor as the auxiliary equipment to drive the oil field pumping unit. When the wind is sufficient, the wind turbine can drive the compressor to work normally, the motor is in a standby state; when the wind is insufficient, start the motor, drive the compressor to work, produce the required compressed gas, and then store it. For a variety of pneumatic equipment, such as: cylinder. This greatly saves energy. The system takes PLC-200 of Siemens as the control core, collects, analyzes and processes the information of every important link of the system, and sends out the corresponding action instructions to control the start and stop of the machine and the switch of the valve class. Switch-on-off and fault-indicating lights and buzzers make the whole system run smoothly and stably. In the system, the WMT6070iH2 touch screen is selected as the display and input device. The operator can modify and adjust the preset values of the field parameters and the state of all kinds of output equipments on line, so that the efficiency and flexibility of the system can be greatly enhanced. Moreover, the system also uses the WinCC software on the host computer to monitor the working process and important parameters in the field in real time, so that the staff can make accurate and timely judgment on the abnormal situation. Ensure the safety of the whole working process. Finally, the host computer equipped with WinCC is connected with PLC-200 to complete the communication, and the system is debugged. The functions, feasibility and stability of the system are tested through simulation experiments. The test results show that the system runs stably. Moreover, the pumping unit system has the advantages of high automation, good safety, low operating cost, easy maintenance, no noise, no pollution and so on.
