北戴河培训中心分布式光伏发电接入系统设计

【摘要】:当前,我国用于发电所消耗的能源逐步增加,以火力发电为主的供电方式所引起的环境保护问题、能源匮乏问题以及经济浪费问题等越来越引起国家的关注。为了提高太阳能这一清洁能源得利用和实现电力系统的高速发展,我国正在逐步加大对分布式光伏发电的开发和利用。光伏发电具有能够就近安装在负荷中心、全寿命周期投资成本低、并能及时根据负荷变化进行调整,以及提高整体电力系统供电可靠性等优点。通过研究秦皇岛电网分布式发电的可行性及系统接入设计,对大力发展光伏发电技术具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。 本文从具体工程实施角度出发,重点研究光伏发电在秦皇岛地区的接入系统设计方案。依托实际工程,提出实际应用中可能碰到的问题并提出解决方案。首先系统地概述了光伏发电运行特性,对其技术特点及并网要求进行详细分析。其次对秦皇岛地区分布式电源及并网现状,该地区气象条件、地址条件进行具体分析。并对秦皇岛电网分布式电源接入系统进行评估。最后依据国家电网公司分布式光伏发电接入系统典型设计,从建设必要性、建设规模、潮流分析、电气部分、系统二次等方面论述北戴河培训中心分布式光伏发电接入系统设计。
[Abstract]:At present, the energy consumption for power generation in China is gradually increasing, and the environmental protection, energy scarcity and economic waste caused by the power supply mode mainly caused by thermal power generation have attracted more and more attention of the country. In order to improve the utilization of solar energy and realize the rapid development of power system, China is gradually increasing the development and utilization of distributed photovoltaic power generation. Photovoltaic power generation has the advantages of being able to be installed in the load center nearby, with low investment cost in the whole life cycle, timely adjusting according to the load change, and improving the power supply reliability of the whole power system. By studying the feasibility and system access design of distributed generation in Qinhuangdao Power Grid, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to vigorously develop photovoltaic power generation technology. This paper focuses on the design of photovoltaic access system in Qinhuangdao from the point of view of project implementation. Depending on the actual project, the problems that may be encountered in the practical application are put forward and the solutions are put forward. Firstly, the operating characteristics of photovoltaic power generation are systematically summarized, and its technical characteristics and grid connection requirements are analyzed in detail. Secondly, the status of distributed power generation and grid connection in Qinhuangdao area, meteorological conditions and address conditions in Qinhuangdao area are analyzed in detail. And Qinhuangdao power grid distributed power access system is evaluated. Finally, according to the typical design of the distributed photovoltaic power generation access system of State Grid Company, from the construction necessity, the construction scale, the power flow analysis, the electrical part, This paper discusses the design of distributed photovoltaic access system in Beidaihe training Center.
