空冷机组余热高效利用系统的设计与优化研究

【摘要】:与湿冷机组相比,空冷机组最大的优势就是节水,但其背压较高,机组循环热效率较低,因此有必要结合空冷的运行特点,寻求进一步提高机组热经济性的途径。在空冷机组中,锅炉排烟热损失和汽轮机冷端热损失同时存在且数量巨大,合理利用这两种余热资源,对提高机组效率、降低供电煤耗具有重要意义。 对于锅炉排烟热余热的利用,最常用的方法就是在空气预热器之后加设低温省煤器。本文就低温省煤器系统的节能原理和约束条件做了详细探讨,并经分析指出;低温省煤器系统是最简单有效的烟气余热利用方法之一,也是汽轮机冷端余热利用的实现基础。结合某典型600MW空冷机组数据,本文首先提出了基于低温省煤器系统的空冷机组余热综合利用系统,初步介绍了对空冷凝汽器热空气余热的利用思路,并展开了相关热力学和技术经济学分析;结合能量梯级利用理论,本文进一步提出了空冷机组余热高效利用系统,并围绕该系统进行了深入的优化设计。本文的研究成果对空冷机组热余热综合利用系统的设计与优化具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Compared with the wet cooling unit, the biggest advantage of the air cooling unit is water saving, but its back pressure is high and the unit cycle heat efficiency is low. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the operation characteristics of the air cooling unit to find ways to further improve the thermal economy of the unit. In the air-cooled unit, the heat loss of boiler exhaust gas and the cold end of steam turbine exist simultaneously and the quantity is huge. It is of great significance to use these two kinds of waste heat resources reasonably to improve the efficiency of the unit and reduce the coal consumption of power supply. For the utilization of waste heat of boiler exhaust heat, the most commonly used method is to install a low temperature economizer after the air preheater. In this paper, the energy saving principle and constraint conditions of low temperature economizer system are discussed in detail, and it is pointed out that the low temperature economizer system is one of the most simple and effective methods for the utilization of waste heat of flue gas, and it is also the basis of realizing the utilization of waste heat at the cold end of steam turbine. Based on the data of a typical 600MW air-cooled unit, this paper first puts forward a comprehensive utilization system of waste heat of air-cooled unit based on low-temperature economizer system, and introduces the idea of utilization of hot air waste heat of air-cooled condenser. The thermodynamics and technical economics analysis are also carried out. Combined with the theory of energy cascade utilization, this paper further puts forward the efficient utilization system of waste heat of air cooling unit, and carries on the thorough optimization design around the system. The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the design and optimization of the comprehensive utilization system of heat waste heat of air cooling unit.
