一种双辅助谐振极型三相软开关逆变器的研究

【摘要】:针对辅助谐振变换极型逆变器在实际应用中辅助开关管难以实现零电压关断(zero voltage switch,ZVS)这一问题,在一种改进型谐振极逆变器回路拓扑的基础上提出一种双辅助谐振极型软开关逆变器回路拓扑及调制策略。它不仅具有以前讨论过的辅助谐振极逆变器的所有优点,而且可有效避免因回路配线形态所带来的回路寄生电感和寄生电容对辅助开关管的ZVS关断所造成的影响,确保辅助开关管可靠的实现ZVS关断。在所提调制策略下,根据不同工作模式下的等效电路图,分析该逆变器的工作原理、软开关实现条件及参数设计方法。最后使用绝缘栅双极型晶体管作为开关器件制作一台10 k W、16 k Hz样机,通过实验验证该逆变器的有效性。
[Abstract]:The problem that the auxiliary switch tube is difficult to achieve zero voltage switch (ZVS) is difficult to realize in the practical application of the auxiliary resonant transformation pole type inverter, On the basis of an improved resonant-pole inverter loop topology, a double-auxiliary resonant pole-type soft-switch inverter loop topology and modulation strategy are proposed. Not only has all the advantages of the auxiliary resonant pole inverter previously discussed, but also can effectively avoid the influence of the loop parasitic inductance and the parasitic capacitance caused by the loop wiring form on the ZVS shutdown of the auxiliary switching tube, and ensure that the auxiliary switch tube is reliable to realize the ZVS shutdown. Under the proposed modulation strategy, according to the equivalent circuit diagram of different working modes, the working principle of the inverter, the implementation condition of the soft switch and the method of parameter design are analyzed. Finally, an insulated gate bipolar transistor is used as a switching device to make a 10k W, 16k Hz prototype, and the effectiveness of the inverter is verified by experiment.
