f型U形管式换热器管板的力学行为研究

【摘要】:换热器是各行各业中都要使用的设备,而且很多是属于过程装备中的特殊设备,管板更是特殊设备中的特殊部件,它是各个部件的综合连接区域,故受力情况相当复杂,所以对于特殊部件正确分析其受力状态,不仅能延长其使用寿命以达到经济上的节省,更能保证换热器安全运行以达到保证安全。基于这个前提,论文中重点对f型U形管式换热器的管板进行理论计算以及应用ANSYS软件进行温度场以及应力场的研究。论文研究了f型U形管式换热器特殊部件管板的力学行为,首先,在管板理论计算中重点将本文研究的管板分类,然后按照所属情况进行理论计算;其次,将设计数据以及工艺条件转化成模拟模型,然后对模型施加约束;再次,在管板的温度场分析中,根据工厂实际情况建立物理模型,利用ANSYS方法确定f型U形管式换热器管板的温度场所用的完备的数值模型,对模型进行符合实际情况的网格划分,得到整个管板的温度场分布情况;最后,在耦合场分析中,为了能更充分的考虑管板各处的应力强度的危险工况,根据应力的分布情况,在管板上依次取了多条路径进行校核,然后依次对研究路径分析,并按照强度校核的最终数据对结构的强度加以评定。通过对特殊部件管板的力学状态分析,我们能够知道上下管板连接区域发生破坏的可能性最大。
[Abstract]:Heat exchanger is a kind of equipment used in all kinds of industries, and many are special equipment in process equipment, tube-plate is a special part of special equipment, it is the comprehensive connection area of each component, so the force situation is quite complex.Therefore, the correct analysis of the stress state of special components can not only prolong their service life to achieve economic savings, but also ensure the safe operation of heat exchangers to ensure safety.Based on this premise, the theoretical calculation of the tube-plate of F-type U-tube heat exchanger and the research of temperature field and stress field with ANSYS software are emphasized in this paper.In this paper, the mechanical behavior of tube-plate, a special part of F-type U-tube heat exchanger, is studied. Firstly, the tube-plate is classified in the theoretical calculation of tube-plate, and then the theoretical calculation is carried out according to the status of the tube-plate.The design data and process conditions are transformed into the simulation model, and then the model is constrained. Thirdly, the physical model is established according to the actual situation of the factory in the analysis of the temperature field of the tube and plate.The ANSYS method is used to determine the complete numerical model for the temperature location of the tube-plate of the F-type U-tube heat exchanger. The model is meshed in accordance with the actual situation, and the temperature field distribution of the whole tube-plate is obtained. Finally, in the coupled field analysis, the temperature distribution of the tube-plate is obtained.In order to fully consider the dangerous working conditions of the stress intensity around the tube plate, according to the distribution of the stress, several paths are selected on the tube plate in turn to be checked, and then the research path is analyzed in turn.The strength of the structure is evaluated according to the final data of the strength check.By analyzing the mechanical state of the tube-plate with special components, we can know that the failure of the upper and lower tube-plate connection region is the most likely.
