水轮机主要零部件的计算机辅助设计与分析系统开发

【摘要】:我国目前水轮机市场竞争激烈,激烈的市场竞争对水轮机快速设计响应市场需求提出了更高的设计要求。运用先进设计技术和软件工程方法,充分发挥水轮机设计技术和计算机技术结合的优势,开发水轮机辅助设计与分析软件,是有效提高水轮机企业设计能力,提高水轮机计算机辅助设计和分析的工作效率和标准化,优化水轮机产品设计技术,从而实现工作创新,增强企业竞争能力的有力手段。本文通过软件二次开发及集成的方式,对水轮机主要零部件的完成了三维参数化几何建模和有限单元分析过程,设计和开发了一套水轮机主要零部件集成计算机辅助设计和分析系统,提高设计和开发水轮机的效率。适应了时代发展的需求,推动国内水轮机计算机辅助设计技术的推广和发展。本文主要工作如下:首先,在介绍计算机辅助设计与分析系统和水轮机装备的技术发展的基础上,针对水轮机设计与分析中的关键零部件,采用基于SysML建模语言对水轮机关键主要零部件计算机辅助设计与分析系统的需求进行分析,实现了系统中各模块和功能的划分,完成该系统中涉及的类图、例图和时序图等分析,建立起统一的各关键零部件设计与分析模型,为系统开发做准备。其次,通过对水轮机主要零部件的设计几何和非几何信息的分析,进行基于Creo的二次开发,实现了顶盖和主轴等零部件的三维参数化自动建模;通过对零部件在工作时的工况、载荷和边界条件等的分析,进行基于ANSYS的二次开发,实现了顶盖和主轴等零部件的有限元自动结构分析;通过对Microsoft Word的二次开发,实现了水轮机主要零部件设计与分析信息的自动提取,设计与分析报告的自动完成。最后,通过软件开发和测试,开发了水轮机主要零部件计算机辅助设计与分析系统。生成参数化的三维CAD模型和有限元分析模型,完成统一环境下的水轮机集成设计与分析,大大提高了水轮机主要零部件的设计效率和市场响应能力。
[Abstract]:At present, the market competition of hydraulic turbine in our country is fierce, and the fierce market competition has put forward higher design requirements for the rapid design of turbine responding to the market demand.Using advanced design technology and software engineering method, fully exerting the advantages of combination of hydraulic turbine design technology and computer technology, and developing water turbine aided design and analysis software, it is effective to improve the design ability of hydraulic turbine enterprise.To improve the efficiency and standardization of computer aided design and analysis of hydraulic turbines, optimize the design technology of hydraulic turbine products, thus realize the work innovation and enhance the competitive power of enterprises.In this paper, the 3D parameterized geometric modeling and finite element analysis of main parts of hydraulic turbine are completed by the way of secondary development and integration of software.An integrated computer aided design and analysis system for main components of hydraulic turbine is designed and developed to improve the efficiency of design and development of hydraulic turbine.To meet the needs of the development of the times, promote the promotion and development of computer aided design (CAD) technology of hydraulic turbines in China.The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, on the basis of introducing the computer aided design and analysis system and the technical development of hydraulic turbine equipment, aiming at the key parts in the design and analysis of hydraulic turbine,Based on SysML modeling language, the requirements of CAD and analysis system for key components of hydraulic turbine are analyzed, and the partition of modules and functions in the system is realized, and the class diagram involved in the system is completed.A unified design and analysis model of key parts is established to prepare for the development of the system.Secondly, through the analysis of the geometric and non-geometric information of the main parts of the turbine, the secondary development based on Creo is carried out, and the 3D parameterized automatic modeling of the parts such as the top cover and the spindle is realized.Based on the analysis of load and boundary conditions, the finite element automatic structure analysis of roof cover and spindle parts is realized based on ANSYS, and the secondary development of Microsoft Word is carried out.The design and analysis information of the main parts of the turbine are automatically extracted, and the design and analysis report are completed automatically.Finally, the computer aided design and analysis system of main parts of hydraulic turbine is developed through software development and test.A parameterized 3D CAD model and finite element analysis model are generated to complete the integrated design and analysis of hydraulic turbines in a unified environment, which greatly improves the design efficiency and market response ability of the main components of the turbine.
