江陵凹陷卤水析盐规律及提铷技术研究

【摘要】:江陵凹陷位于湖北省江汉盆地西南部,卤水化学类型属氯化物型,卤水成分主要以氯化钠为主,卤水中含有丰富的锂、铷、铯等微量元素资源,随着对铷认识的加深,其得到了越来越广泛的应用,本文首先探究江陵凹陷卤水蒸发过程中的析盐规律和微量元素铷的变化规律,再进一步展开铷的提取技术。 首先探究了50℃卤水等温蒸发实验,析盐规律简单分为三个阶段:析出氯化钠,析出氯化钠和硫酸钠混盐,最后析出氯化钠、硫酸钠和钾芒硝混盐。在蒸发率31.23%之前,所析出的固相为NaCl; Na2SO4在蒸发率47.20%,液相S042-浓度76.64g/L时已开始析出;在蒸发的最后阶段,钾盐才开始析出;Mg2+、Li+、Rb+、Br-在蒸发过程中基本不损失,均赋存于老卤中且得到很大程度的浓缩。 确定了铷的变化规律后,采用离子交换法提取铷,通过对温度、料液酸度、吸附剂量和吸附时间等因素的探讨,以吸附率为评价指标,来考察它们对吸附效果的影响,从而得到较优的吸附条件:室温下,未酸化的原料液加入吸附剂量25g,吸附时间4h,吸附率51.06%。 动态实验通过对料液流速、解吸剂浓度和解吸剂流速三个因素的研究,从而得到较优条件:吸附阶段,料液流速为5mL/min;解吸阶段,解吸剂NH4C1浓度1mol/L,解吸剂流速5mL/min。
[Abstract]:Jiangling sag is located in the southwest of Jianghan Basin, Hubei Province. The chemical type of brine is chlorinated. The brine is mainly composed of sodium chloride. The brine contains abundant trace elements such as lithium, rubidium, cesium and so on.It has been applied more and more widely.
