浙江省海洋产业结构合理化评价研究

【摘要】：文章从海洋产业结构合理化层面分析浙江省海洋产业发展状况,以期对浙江省海洋产业结构转型提出建设性意见。通过对产业结构合理化的内涵分析,确立了包含产业结构、社会经济、科技、环境、资源5个因素的海洋产业结构合理化评价基准。选取综合相对势模型,对浙江省海洋产业结构合理化进行定量的分析,得出浙江省海洋产业结构的合理化水平较低的结论并针对具体问题提出相应对策与建议。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the development of marine industry in Zhejiang Province from the aspect of rationalization of marine industrial structure, in order to put forward constructive suggestions on the structural transformation of marine industry in Zhejiang Province.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the rationalization of industrial structure, the rational evaluation criteria of marine industrial structure including industrial structure, social economy, science and technology, environment and resources are established.This paper selects the comprehensive relative potential model to carry on the quantitative analysis to the Zhejiang Province marine industrial structure rationalization, draws the conclusion that the Zhejiang Province marine industrial structure rationalization level is low, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion to the concrete question.
