不同含沙量浑水体流变特性试验研究

【摘要】:海底构筑物会被运动的浑水流冲击破坏,浑水流的运动能力受到浑水体流变特征的影响。由此需要关注浑水体流变特征发生变化的含沙量界限。本文采用流变仪试验和水槽试验相结合,对不同含沙量的浑水体进行试验,结果表明,淡水介质情况下牛顿流体和宾汉流体的过渡界限含沙量范围在340~400g/L;牛顿流体、宾汉流体、及其过渡界限流体的运动宏观特征不同,流速有差异。通过对浑水体中颗粒分布的分析,认为颗粒表面的结合水膜对流变特性几乎没有影响,以颗粒为固壁的水流边界层厚度可能对浑水体流变特性有影响,而颗粒之间形成的孔隙造成的毛细作用是影响不同含沙量浑水体流变特性的重要因素。
[Abstract]:The underwater structure will be destroyed by the moving muddy water flow, and the movement ability of the muddy water flow will be affected by the rheological characteristics of the muddy water body. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the sediment concentration limit in which the rheological characteristics of muddy water body change. In this paper, the rheometer test and flume test are used to test the muddy water with different sediment content. The results show that the limit of sediment content of Newtonian fluid and Bingham fluid is 340400 g / L; Newtonian fluid, Bingham fluid, Newtonian fluid, Benghan fluid, Newtonian fluid, Bingham fluid, Newtonian fluid and Bingham fluid. The macroscopic characteristics of the fluid and its transition boundary are different, and the velocity of the fluid is different. Based on the analysis of particle distribution in muddy water, it is considered that the combined water film on the surface of particles has little effect on rheological properties, and the thickness of boundary layer with particle as solid wall may have an effect on rheological characteristics of muddy water. The capillary effect caused by the pores formed between the particles is an important factor affecting the rheological characteristics of the muddy water with different sediment content.
