风暴潮水位现场实时观测系统研究

【摘要】:风暴潮灾害作为最严重的海洋灾害之一,给我国的国民经济、国防安全和工农业生产带来重大的损失。随着防灾减灾工作的逐步深入,开展对风暴潮观测和灾害预警辅助决策的研究十分必要。本文在全面了解风暴潮的研究背景、基本概况和研究现状的基础上,开展了风暴潮水位现场实时观测技术研究。论文的主要内容如下:(1)基于多传感器信息融合的基本理论构建了风暴潮水位现场实时观测系统的总体框架;(2)风暴潮水位现场实时观测系统数据采集处理器的软、硬件设计,对数据进行预处理,通过三种常用滤波方法的比较论证得出最优的数据处理方案,完成预处理后将数据上传至上位机;(3)风暴潮水位现场实时观测系统数据接收处理软件的设计,完成数据通信、实时动态显示、存储管理、相关特征信息提取和信息综合分析,实现对风暴潮相关信息的观测,对风暴潮危险性评估和波浪爬高估算的初步探索,为风暴潮灾害预警提供辅助决策支持;(4)莺歌海海域与南澳岛海域现场实验,对风暴潮现场实时观测系统各项性能进行测试和验证。通过与附近海洋站的数据及现场观测比对检验其测量准确性。
[Abstract]:Storm surge, as one of the most serious marine disasters, has brought great losses to our national economy, national defense safety and industrial and agricultural production. With the gradual deepening of disaster prevention and mitigation work, it is necessary to carry out the research on storm surge observation and disaster warning assistant decision. On the basis of the situation and research status, the real time observation technology of storm tide level is carried out. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the basic theory of multi-sensor information fusion, the overall framework of the real-time observation system for storm tide water level is constructed; (2) the soft and hard data acquisition processor of the storm tidal water site real-time observation system is hard and hard. The data is preprocessed and the optimal data processing scheme is obtained through comparison of three common filtering methods. The data is uploaded to the upper computer after the preprocessing. (3) the design of the data receiving and processing software for the real-time observation system of the storm tide water level, and the data communication, real-time dynamic display, storage management, and related features are completed. The information extraction and information comprehensive analysis can realize the observation of storm tide related information, the risk assessment of storm tide and the preliminary exploration of the estimation of wave height, and provide auxiliary decision support for the storm tide warning. (4) the field experiments of the Yinggehai sea and Nanaodao sea area are used to test the performance of the real-time observation system of the storm tide field and the performance of the real-time observation system in the storm tide. Verify the accuracy of the measurement by comparing the data and field observation with the nearby marine stations.
