我国首座国家级综合性海洋博物馆综合实力建设研究

【摘要】：中国是一个拥有广袤海疆的海洋大国,我们拥有数千年的海洋文明史,但目前我国还没有建设一家与我国海洋大国称谓相称,能够在中国海洋方面的历史文化内涵、综合实力上予以全面体现以及能够代表中国海洋经济、政治、文化、环境、产业、自然、安全的国家级的海洋类博物馆。因此,建设国家海洋博物馆对我国博物馆事业及海洋文化的发扬壮大有着重要意义,将结束我国长期没有国家级综合海洋博物馆的局面,为我国海洋事业的发展打开新天地。在如何建设“国内一流、国际领先”的国家海洋博物馆这一领域,国内外研究尚属空白。本文在对国内外著名博物馆广泛调查研究基础上,综合分析各类博物馆的发展趋势和特点,并结合国家海洋博物馆实际情况着重对国家海洋博物馆的基础设施建设与管理、藏品收藏与科学研究、陈列展览与社会服务、数字化建设水平等方面进行科学研究分析,找出存在的问题与差距。最后,探寻出解决这一问题的思路和方法,为国家海洋博物馆争创“国内领先、国际一流”博物馆这一目标的实施提出建议。
[Abstract]:China is a large maritime country with vast sea borders, and we have a history of ocean civilization for thousands of years. However, at present, China has not yet built a name commensurate with that of China's maritime power, which can have historical and cultural connotations in China's oceans. Comprehensive strength to be fully reflected and able to represent China's marine economy, politics, culture, environment, industry, nature, safety of the national marine museums. Therefore, the construction of the National Oceanic Museum is of great significance to the development of China's museum and marine culture, which will end the situation that there is no national-level comprehensive marine museum for a long time, and open a new world for the development of our country's marine undertakings. In the field of how to build the National Oceanic Museum which is first-class in China and leading in the world, the research at home and abroad is still blank. On the basis of extensive investigation and study of famous museums at home and abroad, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development trend and characteristics of various museums, and focuses on the infrastructure construction and management of the National Oceanic Museum in light of the actual situation of the National Oceanic Museum. In order to find out the existing problems and gaps, the collection and scientific research, display exhibition and social service, digital construction and other aspects of scientific research and analysis. Finally, the author explores the ideas and methods to solve this problem, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the goal of "leading the domestic and international first-class" museums for the National Oceanic Museum.
