导管架节点低周疲劳评估方法

【摘要】:针对导管架平台在海洋环境中的结构低周疲劳问题,结合分析模型和设计规范,采用Neuber假设进行塑性修正,通过应变范围得到伪热点应力范围,并确定热点应力与伪热点应力之间的关系,采用伪热点应力取代热点应力换算出一种新的S-N曲线作为低周疲劳的设计曲线,以伪热点应力作为计算量来预测节点的低周疲劳寿命。
[Abstract]:In view of the low cycle fatigue problem of jacket platform in marine environment, combining the analysis model and design code, the plastic correction is carried out by using Neuber hypothesis, and the pseudo-hot stress range is obtained by strain range. The relationship between hot spot stress and pseudo hot spot stress is determined. A new S-N curve is converted by pseudo hot spot stress instead of hot spot stress as the design curve of low cycle fatigue. The low cycle fatigue life of joints is predicted by pseudo-hot stress.
